I was really impressed with the price…
I was really impressed with the price of this little unit and even more pleased when there was no delivery charge!
Dehumidifier arrived quick and is very easy to set up. It is so quiet that we leave it running in my daughter’s bedroom all the time. We’ve only been using it a week so far, but have been so pleased with it that we’ve ordered a second one for my sons bedroom.

Quick and Simple Purchase
It was great value for the 4 bar grow light and arrived quickly and well packaged. The communication was excellent and I was able to ensure that someone would be available when delivered.
Hopefully my daughter will be able to use it to properly care for her plants.

Compact and somewhat good.
The unit it small and compact so good to place anywhere. Nice colour changing light 👍 Collects a good amount of water.... All good apart from it is not quiet AT ALL !!! I have to just put mine on during the day.

Dehumidifiers Look OK but Packing/Delivery Poor
Ordered two Senelux Mini dehumidifiers, to deal with condensation in bedrooms. Despatch was prompt and so far, the devices look decent quality wise (reserve full judgement until they've been used more) and are relatively quiet however, they nearly didn't arrive at all. The two units were poorly packed in a larger outer box, with no packaging to contain them and a single piece of badly fitted brown tape, across the top. The box was split open, almost from top to bottom on one side and the courier claimed it had been received this way. Either it wasn't packed correctly in the first place, or had been opened and resealed by the courier company.

Updated- Fault rectified
Ordered 12l dehumidifier last week.
Tried to put the wheels on....they don't fit, definitely holes are too small to fit the wheels in, thought that's ok I can deal with that, to find out that it collects no water. Was on for 6 hours straight in a room full of wet clothes and not a drop...
Customer service wasn't great.
UPDATE: After not receiving response, i searched clearpay (I luckily ordered through there) and it displayed an email address. I emailed my concerns and within minutes I received a reply apologising profusely about how I had been 'treated', he offered me everything he could plus a £50 gift card in which I had taken off the order for a replacement dehumidifier, he assured me he checked it all him self.
Recieved today and can say its working!!
Seems good so far and collecting moisture, nice and quiet too.
However I would say that their customer service isn't too great....

The productive itself is good though
The productive itself is good though, a longer power cable would be better and not as quiet as i would like. However I had a faulty one where it would not turn off automatically. I sent 2 emails and they never replied so had to phone them in the end, after being passed to 3 different people, i manage to get a return note and return the item, and now even though i know they they have received it back i still have had no response or refund so yet again im chasing them to find out when i will get a refund. So good product overall not so good after care or communication from Senelux
