I liked everything
I liked everything, everything was great, they always wrote to me when the display arrived, when it was ordered, and so on, but when I picked up my phone, the screen you did well, but now the top one doesn’t work for me speaker and I can’t talk on the phone on silent mode but only on speakerphone

Prompt and very reasonable service.
Repair completed, but had to wait
Cracked tablet screen was replaced as requested and to a good standard. However, parts needed to be ordered and it took about six weeks in total for job to be completed. The final payable amount was also slightly higher than the estimate. Would use again, but only for a non urgent repair.
Mobile phone repair.
My mobile phone required a new speaker and this firm was the only one that offered to help and did a great job.

Don't use them
I would strongly recommend that no one uses this company. It took over 3 months to get my kindle back after what should have been a simple battery change. However it also then needed a new screen which was broken during the battery change. The 1st screen apparently was not up to their spec, so a new was ordered. All of which took forever. Not the best company to deal with, with standard replies to my complaints about the delays. Forget the "we will diagnose faults in 3 to 5 days". It's how long it takes after that that should worry potential customers.
Takes AGES - ignore the "3-5 days" blurb

I posted the device on 17th May, didn't confirm receipt until 20th. Ok fine - that was a Friday, thought it I was lucky I might get it by the following week.
Actually got it back on 22nd JUNE. 23 Working days after they acknowledged receipt. It was two weeks before they updated me that they had "diagnosed" the problem (a cracked screen, like I wrote on the order). A month of me trying to get my two kids to share one tablet.
The online customer interface/ticket system is good, the update emails are good - just wish they were more realistic about turn around times upfront.
Phone sent in for change battery
Phone sent in for battery change . They held onto the phone for almost a month, for a job that would take normally a few hours to complete. I had to send them a reminder asking them when I expect to receive my phone back. They said they're ordering the battery from China and it would take another week. But all of a sudden within a day, they had the battery and it was quickly fixed and dispatched. Seems very odd, if they were expecting the battery to arrive from China which should take a week, now all of a sudden it's repaired and shipped. I suspect they had the battery all along and were too lazy to replace the battery as the phone was just sittting there on their desks for weeks. Also, when I did receive the phone back, the phone was on all all through the journey. They were negligent to turn the phone off, and during the postal journey it could have been a security risk and a risk of theft if someone could hear the phone beep. Lastly, the back of the cover was not fully flush when the back lid was replaced, but rather a slight bulge is noticeable when you depress the back lid, you can feel the lid up and down.
UPDATE: Jan 2023 TrustPilot sends a message asking I need to verify my details with SendMyRepair! How late and stupid is this. I did not have the best experience and now TrustPilot wants me to come to tthis old saga like I have nothing else to do. I could have left the country. Disgusting service.
Great to have repair back
Took time to do the repair due to delay in getting replacement screen from Realme . Perfect they did not clear the data on the phone. Price was cheaper than the actual quote . Kept informed of delays . So all in all very pleased with the service and I'm happy to recommend.

My phone was fixed as promised, at the price promised (plus postage).
However the estimated fix time I was given at the start was 3-5 days. The time it took from them receiving my phone to me getting it back was actually 47 days!
Despite an email and a complaint asking for updates, I did not hear anything back. Technically good, customer service and communication very poor.
Everything went as promised
Everything was clear and as promised. The new screen worked well, which wasn't the case when I went to a High Street repairer. I'm not impressed that the company seems to be registered somewhere offshore.

Fixed but took 6 weeks
Could not even change the battery
Could not even fix the smartwatch. All it was needed was battery change. The battery is widely available on Internet. Then it needed a software flush and reset. Watch sent, waited a while, called and raised ticket, then was told it was bank Holiday, even though by that time they have already gone over their agreed SLA, waited a bit long, and then I saw the email about - we can't fix it, no explanation what they have tried and what did not work, how it could be fixed. The next email was, send us the postage payment if you want this watch back else we can dispose it. The watch has sentimental value. So I paid 8 pound for someone to tell me they are incompetent at their job. I could have taken to Timpson for free and they could have said - we don't have the battery, it would have been free.
