The offers are not consistent
The offers are not consistent. I sent in the first information. I requested a label with more insurance and sent in remaining paperwork. I was given a verbal offer and upon accepting it, they would send the more insurance. I declined the offer. A couple weeks later, I receive an email about a bonus of 10%. I decided to sell based on verbal offer plus 10% bonus. Upon going through the process again, I was told the offer included the bonus. I still decided to sell. After shipping the ring, the offer sent in email was $1000 less than verbal offer and that was supposed to include a bonus but only 5%. Suggested to not make a decision until you consider written offer because it will change.

It took a little longer than in past experiences with them but they kept in communication on why with increased kits sent to them. Even with their increased volume they still met my expectations in a timely manner and was able to secure me offer quickly and to my satisfaction. Thanks team.

Great experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. I used their kit that arrived in the mail within a few days. I added my items to the envelope and took it to the FedEx store. That was 5 days ago and I received my offer today! I was very pleased and was able to accept the amount quickly.
