I have been using this company for a couple years now and I have nothing to say except complete satisfaction. One time my package busted open it took them a few days to find everything there was quite a full box. But they ended up finding everything. They're very thorough and very fast usually I get my value of everything within the same day they get the package I usually buy one or two days the money is in your bank account. If you're not happy with their offer you could always say no and they will ship everything back to you. I learned by having my package bust open to always take pictures though and inventory everything. I have dealt with a lot of places over the years and this is the highest payout I've seen.

I sent in a couple loose diamonds with certification and tester verification, for a diamond evaluation and they returned with a $5 offer claiming there where no precious metals. If they are that ignorant and incompetent, would you trust them with your property? They then tried claiming they were moissanite after sending in a complaint of incompetence, when I have GRA certified moissanite stones at home and a diamond tester that doesn't indicate them as diamonds, while indicating that the certified diamonds I sent in are in fact diamonds. Do not trust these people.

Response to the reply: The stones I submitted are genuine diamonds, that not only read as diamonds on a digital diamond tester when GRA certified moissanite doesn't, they also have the correct diameter to weight and height ratio as a diamond. Moissanite has to be cut with a longer root to keep the diameter and weight consistent because it's 15% lighter, which is why the star in the middle of a moissanite doesn't look as defined because the cut angle isn't correct for optimal reflection. For instance, my 6.5ct diamond has a height of 7.2mm at a diameter of 12.5mm, which is consistent with the expexted approximate of 12×7.3mm for a diamond, whereas a moissanite would measure at a height of approximately 10mm × 12mm diameter. My stones are diamonds, and this company is a scam trying to steal from the public by lying. My stones have already been tested and verified and have certification by internationally recognized gemologist who are also GIA certified, I submitted them for a offer to sell not because I wasn't sure of what they are.
