Visited the Abercynon (Cardiff North) site looking to sell my car. I had an appointment booked for the following day but took a chance and popped up a day early. Callum and his colleague invited us in and we had an honest chat about the car I was selling. No nonsense, offered me a price which was more than 2 other places I had visited.

From turning up to selling my car at the best price I had been offered was less than an hour.

Callum was a joy to chat to and explained everything clearly. Money was in my account less than 24 hours later. Cheers chaps!

When I applied online, I Was offered a range between 450-1400 for my car. I made it very clear to the person who rang me later that the car needed work. I was told that was the range offered and an extra £100 if i get down within 48 hrs. I lug myself an hour out of my way to be offered £100 total for the car. A touch below the lowest rate. I assume they valued the car at 0 and the additional £100 was my reward for hurrying down. Thankfully a competitor offered me 7x the price here.

You give a range of price but offered under the lowest price . Within two weeks the price dropped. The mini was in excellent condition only had it a year.

The on line valuation we were told when attending the appointment was for a Trade In for a car purchased from Trade Centre Wales, when challenged they stated that the price range was given by Trade Centre Wales Marketing team and not their company although their office is in the car park of TC Wales We fitted their criteria for selling a clean car but they made an offer to buy our car at over a £1000 less than their on line top price and under their lower valuation for a car without full service and in need of TLC !!! Avoid
