Waited 19 months from payment for the london tokyo karts events, Postponed several times. Latest change was to September 12th 2026 however I have no new tickets, cannot get on the website, cannot reach organiser, did NOT receive a refund. Awaiting their response to my email

I purchased tickets for a show that was supposed to be in May 2026. The day of the show I received an email that they moved the show to November. I emailed that I would be unable to attend due to surgery and they said they would look at getting me a refund - we are now 4 months later and they just keep giving me the run around and no refund!
DO NOT purchase anything from them, they are scammers.

This company is a scam. They postponed our event once (Beauty and the feast) now they canceled the event with no notice and no refund and no communication. If they say no to a refund when they reschedule call you bank or credit card company ASAP to get a charge back before they disappear on you.

Booked tickets for Toyko Karts for all of my kids as a Christmas gift & the event was supposed to be on March 21, 2026. It got postponed (as I am reading has happened to MANY people) and the new date doesn't work, so have requested a refund. Have yet to get any response, even though they said to email the tickets to them & they will process a refund. Definitely feel like an idiot for falling for this SCAM!

SCAM WEBSITE, DO NOT BUY! I bought tickets for the mario kart experience in March 2025 and they kept changing the dates while insisting it was a real event. After the second "reschedule" I asked for a refund. They tried to give me credit - why would I want credit for more fake events?!

They reply to emails sayig they'll refund but then don't.

The scam is to sell tickets then lead you on by changing the date until it is too late for banks to reverse the charges.

Scam site and event, sell out tickets says they cannot get ahold of the organizer to issue refunds. Don’t waste your money!

Tokyo Karts in Houston. Said it was cancelled last minute and we would be reissued tickets for this September. I asked for a refund and they keep saying they are working on it. They keep telling me they are working on it. This is a scam operation. Do not purchase anything from these people as they are dishonest and broke my teens heart by cancelling this event and no refund or reschedule. Do not book through them

Absolutely disgraceful company.

I booked tickets for the Tokyo Karts UK Tour event in September. They changed the event date to one I couldn't attend, so I requested a refund. They confirmed in writing that my refund had been approved. More than four months later, I still haven't received a penny.

I've chased them countless times by email and received nothing but silence. They have completely ignored my messages while continuing to hold onto my money.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Promising a refund and then failing to pay it or respond for over four months is completely unacceptable.

Avoid this company unless you're prepared to risk losing your money and being ignored when something goes wrong.

I purchased 2 early bird tickets for **Tokyo Karts: Canada Tour (Vancouver)** in May 2025, but the event was postponed multiple times. I requested a refund in March 2026, completed the required refund form, and sent multiple follow-up emails over several months. At first, I was told my refund was "under review" or that they were waiting to hear from the event organizer, but I was never given a firm timeline. Eventually, they stopped replying to my emails altogether.

After months of waiting, I still had not received my refund. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

Based on my experience, I would strongly not recommend purchasing any tickets through this company. The entire experience felt like a scam. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.

I purchased 3 tokyo cart tickets for edinburgh and it has been re scheduled 3 times now! I requested a refund and they sent more new tickets for this September! Total joke!

Sellout Tickets is a scam. I bought tickets over 1.5 years ago for an event that has been rescheduled multiple times. Supposedly it's happening now in September. I don't believe it. I've asked for a refund. I keep getting the runaround with that also. I'm told it's "under review". Pure fraud!

Sellout tickets is now resorting to ignoring my request for an update on a refund.

Have been following up fortnightly since with the full chain attached and nothing. Completely ignored. What a joke. It was hard enough to organise 5 people across jobs and locales but this is stupid.

Cannot fault the platform, used many times now and haven't ran into trouble.

I bought a ticket for Mario Karts in DC. They postponed the date many times and then finally offered a link for a refund. I’ve been waiting 4 months for the refund. Do not use this company.

I signed up for an event, but that event kept getting delayed over and over again. Over a year after the original that was supposed to happen, I wrote and asked for a refund. They originally told me they would give me one, but then it never happened. I even gave them my banking information, but I never got my refund. Now, for the last 6 weeks, they have ignored all my emails and haven’t given me my refund.

total scam. bought early bird vip tix for "ice bar Denver" that was supposed to be in October 2025. Never happened. they sd it will be in Feb 2026. Never happened. Now they show December 2026. Been trying to get my refund since November 2025 - Finally had too file credit card dispute. They are nothing.

It's a scam. Do not waste your time or money.

A week before my event the moved the date to July. I reviewed the ticket and realized they didn't even provide a complete address for the event.

I couldn't request a refund from my back because it was over 120 days (probably aligned with how they time the event postponement).

Anyway, dont believe a single good review. I'm confident those are the scammers peppering in a few good ones to make people take the risk. Learn from my mistake, and don't purchase from Sellout Tickets.

I bought an event ticket for “beauty and the feast”in Sydney on 5 September and the event date supposed to be 6 dec 2025. On the ticket, they mentioned the event location would be Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

On 13 nov 2025, they sent me an email to inform me that the event was postponed without giving any reason. The event was postponed to 21 feb 2026. In the second ticket, the event location became secret location but with the address of Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

On 4 Feb 2026, they sent me another email to inform me that the event was postponed again, and the new date was 9 may 2026. In the third ticket, the event location is still secret location with the address of Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

Since this event was already being postponed twice so I tried to contact them through email yesterday and see if the event is still happening and like the others review mentioned, I still not yet received any reply at this moment.

Then I try to log in to the website and see if there is any update on the event. I found that the event date on my ticket is still 9 may 2026 but the event date in the information box has already changed to 14 NOV 2026. That means they change the date of the event again and this time they don’t even update me.

!!AVOID THIS WEBSITE !!

Be honest, I don’t think I can get refund from them based on the review from the others. I believed the replies from this company in this website is just“sellout ticket “try to make people believe that they got customer service or they are a real company which is still operating.

Don’t waste your time on this event website. Skip it.
