Not novelty at all

We availed of their "1 Booming Product" with criteria in novelty niche and we wanted something that is unique. But the ideas they gave are not novelty, with so many competitors or stores selling the same product with high star rating and high volume of reviews and it would be very difficult to make innovations on the product ideas.

I contacted sellerhook for an individual product research

I contacted sellerhook for a product research because I am new to selling on Amazon. And I got an idea product with easy to understand information and so far it looks like a great product and hopefully it will be a success product for my first launch. I give it a four star because of poor communication but I’m sure they’re busy people.

Waste of £503!

Waste of £503!
Filled in my requirements and waited for results. My main focuse being low competition, high demand products.
I am an experienced FBA seller. When I went through the report all the products had medium to high competition already in place.
Email to complain. No I didn't get a refund or new report. Still feel a tad ripped off to be honest.

My personal experience with them was…

My personal experience with them was not pleasant. After giving my specifications of my budget, I got a product research for a product that did not meet my specifications. They didn't look out for my interest and I got a product research that had little to no profit margin based on the suppliers they provided. I wouldn't say it was all their fault as the suppliers displayed a different price on the page from their actual price which was 3 times higher than displayed price but after I brought that to their notice. They said it wasn't their responsibility anymore.
