I tried to close my account few months ago, they suggested to pause it (with no option to close it).
I paused it.. now again after few months, got charged for 681kr/month even i didn't sell anything, even my stock is empty, and even it was paused!
Trying to close the account now again, I get an error, then contacted them, they tell you stories, 6 requests till now.
One of the stories is that i have to verify my credit card before closing my account (like that was the issue), i did that, even two days ago they withdrawed money from this same card ..
Tried to close account.. nothing worked.
contacted them again, i told the contact person please come back with a different story, all the other stories didn't work.
She told me that another department "specialized" will contact you!!!!!!
I said ok,what is the name of that department? she replied: this is internal and we don't share this information!!!
So for me to close my account i am almost getting to a point where they will make me guilty!!
This is ..... you fill up the gap.
