Storage unit door was broken and kept…
Storage unit door was broken and kept falling on our heads as we tried to move in. The two parking spots were always occupied which made the move more difficult.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your move-in with us. If your unit door continues to slide down, please let us know so that we can schedule repairs. Depending on the day and time, parking can be difficult but we do our best to manage the flow of traffic as much as we can.

Sierra (or Cierra, my apologies) was fantastic in helping remove and get a new lock on my locker. She literally stayed with me a bit after closing to help. She was so professional and courteous. I really appreciate this as it was a bit of an emergency for me. Thank you!

Wonderful staff
Wonderful staff! I realize the adjusted hours are temporary, but the late access hours (until 10pm) are the main reason I am a customer and have been there for 20+ years. Hope these hours will be returning soon! Thanks for being there!
