I've been struggling with sleep recently and discovered the self help school. Since purchasing this i have been able to sleep a little better, although it hasn't cured my sleep issues, i'm finding that it's helped alot.
i am happy with the product and hopefully my sleep will get much better.

I’ve been following Tom and Sandra’s programme, Healing from the Other Side, which is offered through the Self help school. After feeling stuck in a seemingly endless rut in my life, and feeling like I should be doing more, I was guided to give the programme a try. Reluctantly I did. All I can say is what an eye opener it has been. I began to see past patterns and beliefs that have been shaping my life until now. It is providing me answers to questions that have been swirling around my mind, allowing me to begin making sense of my life. A great programme and easy to follow. A testament to their high level of material. A most enlightening journey I am on.
I’ve recently purchased the Insomnia program from Self Help School and it has enabled me after months of sleepless nights to finally understand why my nights were so disturbed, but most of all I’m now able to get off to sleep and stay asleep. I feel like the downloads have really broken a cycle and can’t recommend the program enough. Thank you!!!
