The SelectQuote agent we spoke with was very friendly and seemed to have good intentions to help find a plan that he thought might fit our needs. However, he did not give us the complete picture. He left out the critical fact that the Medicare Advantage plan was an HMO requiring prior approvals for specialty doctors and procedures, which simply does not work for my elderly parent. When we realized mistake on the same day of signing up and immediately contacted the company and emailed to cancel, we were completely ghosted. No one ever replied or gave us the courtesy of a response. Because SelectQuote vanished once the sale was made, I had to spend many hours navigating Medicare and the carrier myself to clean up the aftermath. While the agent was well-meaning, they left out crucial network restrictions and provided zero post-sale support.

It was great . Melissa was very patient.
