I spoke with Rashad who was very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all he said. I could barelu hear Mr Phelps and while he was really nice I had to ask him to repeat a lot. Some of thàt could bè me though. Overall tho the entire experience was good. Ill give a 99.

They made me feel like my situation was valuable. When I had to notify them the second time because my request was denied.They didn't take no for a answer. They kept moving forward to fix the reason why my request was being denied, and solved the problem. Thanks again, Carla G
