I was led to believe i was speaking with Medicare
I was led to believe i was speaking with someone from the medicare office. After 3 1/2 hours on the phone, I asked to cancel it. The girl asking extra questions was rude!!!

They took forever
They took forever. I was on the phone for over an hour. I tried to tell them I'm on limited minutes. They kept saying this only takes a couple more minutes. They did that a couple of times. I'm disabled and have a serious head injury. That didn't matter to them.! Bad to do. I know I'll never go thru that again.
