The product was everything they described. The price was perfect!!!!! I received my order pretty quickly.

It took a little longer than i expected however i never was given a estimated delivery date, even when i tried to track the package but other than that everything was great!

I'm a homemaker with 4 kids and I been searching for a razor just like this one. It perfect just the way they describe. I bought 3 from Amazon but they were not the best. I was on instagram and I seen this video about the viral razor that doesn't cut you. And I click on the link and it took me to selectbasics.com
Never heard of it buy reading the review I trust it. I would recommend everyone to check out that site .The delivery is just any other service couple of days

it taking to long to receive order then when they give you a USPS tracking number saying it been shipped USPS says package not shipped

Do not buy anything from this website!! They slip in a subscription charge before you even get anything. There is no opt out option and to cancel it you have to email them and they give you the excuse that it is in the “terms” they have to give you the option to opt out when you place any order and let you cancel it. They charged my card and additional $28.95!! DO NOT Use this!!!

The customer service rep lied and told me she couldn’t cancel my order even though it had not shipped or anything yet they waited a whole day to make sure that my item shipped and told me they couldn’t cancel it. So the company lied. Then somebody jeric email me 12 hours later saying hey I’m sorry it’s already shipped when he sent me an email at 4 PM and the item didn’t ship until 4 AM so you’re telling me you can cancel my order that some bullshit it was all a plot to keep the money in the beginning. When I told them it was an accident that my grandson made in ordering I was on the site handed him my phone and he ordered it by accident. It had plenty of time to refund, but you refuse to cause you wanted to keep the money it’s thievery.

The item took like 3 weeks to come, I don’t like the way it works it’s a piece of junk. And tonight I was charged $29.99 for a membership I didn’t even agree to and it’s literally for nothing! I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute this as fraud. This company is a SCAM!
