It was easy to order the product. It was affordable and the order came in a timely manner. I love the product. It was just as advertised. I love the swivel feature and how easy it is to mount.

I made a purchase from select basics. After I receive my product. This company got into my account that I used for purchase and attempted to take money from that account. That was totally unauthorized. Be careful these guys are crooks. I have to lock my Cash App account and block the company to keep them from taking money un authorized from my account. These guys are scammers and thieves.

Giving 1 since can't give a 0. Paid for product and expedited shipping which was 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still nothing tried feeding me bs telling me it was sent out give a little more. Yeah right product never even left China. So filled a scam through my credit card for fraud. Wasn't gonna give me my money back. Says refund we will see. Would NEVER buy from unless you don't mind waiting a year

This company signs you up for a membership subscription but I'm not sure what the subscription is for. I suggest you steer clear of them. The agreement does state at checkout that YOU WILL BE charged a monthly subscription fee but fails to say what the fee is for! They say you can cancel at any time but it takes forever to cancel. STAY AWAY!

They enroll you in a membership, that you did not authorize and if you miss it at check out in 28 days they draft $29.99 from your account and use the premises that you were informed at checkout and in their FAQ, to not give you a refund, this is dirty. They know many if not most will miss it. Although I like what I bought, for this underhanded scheme, I will never buy from them again. No one expects to be forced to have a membership. Underhanded move.

The delivery took a while, but the product is great. It's a great stand for my phone.

Select Basics misrepresented the size of their water nozzle. The first time I connected it to my hose, it came apart and sprayed water all over me. When I contacted them for my refund they said they don’t refund if I had a change of mind. I was covered in water with their cheap product. Bad company,product, and customer service.

Shipping was pretty quick and I love the charger

1st, they charge me undisclosed fees.
2nd, it took 3 weeks until I received the product
3rd, the product didn't work as presented, but they refused to refund.
Bottom line - very bad experience, not customer oriented. DO NOT RECOMMEND1

So when you check out. They pre select a 30 dollar membership !! So if you miss it, you get charged!! And u wont know cuz it will be in 30 days of your purchase!!

Thought I was getting an upgrade product that was advertised on their sight in a certain color to know it was an upgraded product to only to receive all basic black not.rose color like the upgrade stated. They said on their end they only have the black.
Phone chargers charge but phone stands are not good quality.
Spray nozzles are advertised metal but are plastic and dont connect in my hoses properly.
Wait time to get products took 2 plus weeks.
Also didnt know when you purchase an item you are put on a subscription.
Customer service was not very helpful. No refunds cause they said it was on my end not theirs.

I love the product. I was expecting the shipment within a week, but that didn't happen. Hopefully, it will be worth the wait!
