As son of Gaziantep baklava maker,
As someone from Gaziantep and the son of a Gaziantep baklava maker, I am writing this detailed review. I had two completely different experiences with the two orders I placed. I was quite happy with the first order; perhaps I was lucky. Hoping they would deliver the same standard of service, I placed a second order. However, I had to throw away a piece of baklava because I found what appeared to be a piece of stone in it after taking it out of my mouth. It was definitely not a pistachio shell, and I have photo evidence of it.
Finding a piece of stone inside the baklava shows complete carelessness, especially since making baklava is a delicate production process that requires a high level of hygiene and attention. The presence of such a stone suggests that this necessary care does not appear to be part of their production standards.
I reported this via their business WhatsApp on 03/04/2026, but as of 9:00 PM on 06/04/2026, although my message had been seen, I still had not received a reply. So I can also say that their after-sales service lacks the necessary care.

Baclava I have recieve was fine but because of transport a lot of sherbet ,they need to update their packing also I have order halka sweet 1 kg and they have send me half kg when I report it they said they gonna do refund which they did but short money I paid £19.99 for 1kg and they refund me £7.50 I do not know how they do calculation but rather than anything else was fine bakalava was tasty but bit dry because of loosing sherbet hope they will sort it out this problem soon

Quality product
Quality product. If you live in a city where baklava isn’t really a thing I recommend you try sehri out. I’ve ordered 5 times since finding out about them

I ordered a big load of fistikli & Mendil baklava. On the pick up date , everything was nicely packed waiting for me. They are so attentive with customers , very polite and prompt. The products are amazing, fresh and tasty.

The package arrived really well but the contents was not fresh
The package arrived really well. However the mixed baklava was not freshly baked and didn’t taste fresh. For the money you pay you expect better quality.
