Company procedures and interactions
The company is very focused on guiding and helping the customer along in the loan process. Could be more helpful if they didn’t rely so much on Emails and texting, maybe a bit more personal contact by phone would be nice, to help the customer with problems, issues, or more clarification about questions the customer may have.

This company gets the job done!
It's funny I was trying to fill out my app with US Bank and had nothing but online problems with them. I must of talked to 10 different customer service reps and still could never get our app filled out. Then I came to Southeast financial and was approved and ready to go in no time. Funny thing is the loan ended up with US Bank. Thank you SEF
