Easy and fast credit approval. I am an older gentleman, and I wish I was able to sign in on my computer and pay my balance as I have trouble seeing on my iPhone. Hopefully they will give credit increase fast. All my other credit cards started me off with $750-$1600 Here I was only given $300.00 with a $75.00 fee. I hope they add my payment to my account fast like my other cards. Will write back after I have been with them for a while So far so good!.

Intrusive, Unprofessional, and Completely Unreliable
SEEN froze my account without warning and demanded an excessive amount of personal documentation — including a full bank statement — just to keep my own money accessible.
I provided everything they asked for: driver license, selfie verification, and the bank statement. Despite that, my account has remained “under review” with no communication, no timeline, and no transparency.
Their verification process is intrusive, their customer service is unresponsive, and their risk department operates like a black box.
If you value stability, privacy, or basic professionalism, avoid SEEN. There are far better options that don’t treat customers like suspects.

Anyone who is just starting out to build your credit this is the perfect card to start out with. One there is no security deposit, two it's fast and you get a decision within minutes, and three you have a virtual card you can use before the actual card arrives. If, used wisely, they will gradually increase your spending limit.

This is an update to my review
This is an update to my review, posted on the 3rd o July 2026. The next day after posting my review, about fraudulent charges, I received an email from Seens Fraud department, stating they had concluded they're investigation, they're conclusion I made the purchases. Why in the world would I report the charges, if I made them, why would I close my card and request another sent to me, if it was an unkown transaction. Even the company, the transactions were made at, told me it wasn't me, but wouldn't tell me who it was, only Seen if they called them. It's obvious Seen didn't even bother to Investigate this. I have a right for copies of all paperwork pertaining to they're decision, I am now waiting on an email from the fraud dept. To request it, Customer Service was no help, when called. Feeling
Like they don't want to talk anymore about it. I really he people see this review, if they did this to me it will surely happen to someone else. My conclusion the Fraud department must have incompetent people employed by Seen. Beware

Misleading fee, zero goodwill, 13 months of runaround
A year of complaints. Not one dollar back.
Seen charged me a $59 annual fee on my first statement, a fee I wasn't clearly made aware of when I signed up. I requested a refund multiple times, given the confusing marketing and my financial situation. Seen refused every time.
Over the next 13 months, I filed formal complaints with the CFPB, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the California DFPI. None resulted in a refund. Seen's official regulatory response stated the fee was disclosed in their January 2025 direct mail offer, but the disclosure clearly wasn't prominent enough for me as a consumer to understand what I was signing up for.
I'm not disputing that fine print existed. I'm saying that when a customer comes to you confused, financially stretched, and asking for a $59 goodwill refund on an account they barely used, a company with good values finds a way to make it right. Seen did not.
