Perfect job!! They managed to get our perfect kitchen and closet idea's to match our budget. Cannot praise them enough. Very honest and timely. Without them quite honestly we would have been lost. Please consider them, you won't make a mistake!

The service was conducted in a very professional, precise and accommodating manner. All my requirements were fulfilled and amended where needed be, and most importantly; the service was always delivered with a smile. Cannot recommend them enough.

Cheryl, Peter and their staff are very professional.
The line of communication between Cheryl, Peter and us (the customers) was always open.
When there were changes to the designs, Peter provided updated drawings and quotes the next day.
Cheryl's admin is excellent. She provided the invoices on time and was sure to let us know when payment was received.
Fast turnaround time - samples were dropped off at our house for inspection and ordered as soon as we made a selection.
Excellent craftsmanship. You can see there is so much pride in the work of the staff. Their interaction with us and eachother was always professional and kind.
Lovely people in general with amazing talent and dedication to deliver exceptional customer service.

The professional way they treated me as person. They work together as a Team. Gert as Project Manager talk with his team with such good manners. If one of the team is not doing his part, then Gert reprimand him in such a way that I think his team can just have respect for him.

When I had questions, Gert explained very well.

The only "problem" I had was on the last day of the job, Gert was not present and you could see it clearly. I don't know if it just was because it was Friday, they were just slacking down and rushing to finish, thus they didn't clean like they cleaned the previous two days, when Gert was here.

The painter used our ladder and left it full paint and dust. He even left paint all over my plants outside, probably when he tried to dry his paint brushes.

Overall I was really happy with the work they have done. It is neat and the kitchen look stunning.

I will recommend your company, especially Gert & his team to any one.

We really like the output of the work, the product was of great quality. However the process and the journey to get there was difficult. The main problem seemed to be an administrative and communication one, not adequately tracking exactly what we were wanting, resulting in confusion and back-and-forths on decisions in the process. I would recommend Sedge but with the hope that they start using some kind software or template to track the smaller details so that the process is smoother.

Great work and workmanship , all the workers were more than happy to accommodate any requests . They even helped in areas where they saw you needed help ( outside of the work that was contracted to them) . I will definitely be using Peter and his team again.
