Where is my order
I placed an order on November 21, 2001. It is now Novemeber 30th and my order status is still in awaiting shipment status. You found the time to send me an email to review your company but can not find the time to send my order. I find this very disturbing. How long does it take to ship a lock? One of the reasons that I chose your company was that other reviews stated fast shipping.
Until I receive my order I have nothing good to say about your company.

Replaced 40 year old lock
I needed a lock for. 40 year old security door. Their website ask questions to ensure I got the correct replacement. And the human on the phone assisted me with the correct model type.
Shipping was quick, I had it in my hand in 7 calendar days. They were less than half price of a local locksmith. Very happy with purchase.

I will never do business with this…
I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a secure box for keys. When I realized it was too small for my needs. I tried to do a return on the phone, and they said it would be fine. Just email a reply with my order confirmation, and wait 24 hours. To be told they don't accept returns on electronic devices. If I could give no stars I would.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If we received your email later in the day, we most likely replied the next morning. Also that wouldn't make a difference if this item qualified for return. If it qualified, we would have been more than happy to receive it back but unfortunately we do not take returns on electronic devices.
Quick and good price
We needed a door handle that is less common.The shipping was quick, and even though the standard shipping price was a little spendy, it still came out cheaper than we could find anywhere else.
