I’ll be honest, going into Section 8 Training with Karim, I wasn’t fully sold at first. I’ve seen a lot of programs online that overpromise and underdeliver, so I came in a little skeptical. But after actually going through it and applying what he teaches, my perspective completely shifted.

What stood out immediately is that Karim doesn’t just throw information at you and leave you to figure it out. The structure of the training is very intentional. It starts from the basics but quickly moves into real, actionable steps that you can actually implement without feeling overwhelmed. He breaks things down in a way that makes the whole Section 8 process feel way less complicated than it seems from the outside.

One thing I respected a lot is that he doesn’t try to make it sound like some overnight success thing. He’s pretty upfront about the effort required, the potential challenges, and what you need to do to make it work. That alone separates him from most people in this space. It felt more like getting game from someone who’s actually in it, not just selling the idea of it.

The support side is also something I didn’t expect to be this solid. Whether it’s through the community or direct guidance, you’re not just left alone after purchasing. There’s actual feedback, real examples, and people sharing what’s working and what’s not. That part helped me avoid a lot of mistakes I probably would’ve made on my own.

Content-wise, it’s not just theory. There are scripts, walkthroughs, and specific strategies that you can literally take and use. From finding properties to understanding how to position yourself and deal with landlords or tenants, it covers the parts most people struggle with.

If I had to point out anything, it’s that this isn’t for someone who wants everything handed to them. If you’re not willing to take action or you expect instant results, you’re going to fall off. The information is there, but you still have to execute.

Overall, Section 8 Training by Karim feels like one of the few programs that actually delivers on what it claims, as long as you do your part. It’s practical, honest, and gives you a real shot at understanding and getting into the Section 8 space without all the confusion.

TBH I almost didn't sign up because I've been burned by "guru" programs before. But Karim's approach is different. He actually owns section 8 properties himself and you can tell hes not just reading off a script. The first thing that surprised me was the software they give you, it made finding properties so much faster than what I was doing before which was basically zillow and a prayer LOL I closed on my first property 2 months in and already have a tenant placed. Nothing crazy but its a start and I actually feel like I know what im doing now which is the biggest thing for me.

GREAT site for training. I ended up learning way more then I was expecting and learned some great tricks to the trade not just for section 8 but for all types of homes. I would definitely refer to friends interested in the same training:)

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this but I was really happy I took the course. There’s a lot of good opportunities with Section 8 but most real estate investors don’t know where to start. Section8 Training helped out a lot. They give you a pretty good idea of what it takes to make the investment properly and you’ll find out whether it’s for you or not.

The experience went so well. They gave me so much knowledge and loopholes and relating Section 8 that I did not know about.

I never knew how simple bit was to capitalize on section 8 homes. That was a part of the real estate market that I usually avoided, but seeing how successful you could be once you multiply the process you can dominate your goals. They do a really good job breaking down the benefits and do everything they can to make you successful. Work with them and they will work with you.
