Worst experience ever
Hi, just leaving honest feedback. This is the second time you mess up an order. First time you were about to send me the wrong product, then refunded me to fix it. I gave you another chance and ordered again — and again, you didn’t follow my instructions. I clearly told you the number and address, and you ignored both. That’s why the order got delayed for two days.
On top of that, your voice note was rude and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering again, and this experience was honestly frustrating.

This is a late review cause trust pilot deleted my review and I didn't know (cause I was using a VPN)
The company CARES about quality, I initially received the wrong order but the customer service team went above and beyond and gave me a better product (for free) because what I ordered for was out of stock.
I highly recommend this site. And
I also recommend contacting them via WhatsApp or whatever you can use and informing them incase something went wrong. Because as I've previously said they care for quality and do not cheap out.

Unprofessional Handling of My Order and Rude Response
There was a mistake with my order, but this isn’t the first time. The first time, you almost sent me the wrong product, and after a while, you refunded me, including the delivery fees, to fix it.
Now, I gave you another chance, and once again, you messed up the order. I gave you the correct address and number, but you ignored both, which caused a delay of two days with the delivery. On top of that, the delay caused the product to be damaged.
Your voice note left me completely shocked. It was rude and unprofessional, especially considering that your mistakes caused the issue in the first place. I won’t be ordering again, and I’m extremely disappointed with how you handled this.
