Dr Mary did my botox in my last visit and I have to say she is very professional, friendly and kind. Also Dr Haroon who did my botox in the past was so professional, and committed to achieve my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff in the reception are wonderful and very welcoming. I usually have my treatments done by the amazing Dr Haroon. However for my last treatment I managed to book in with Dr Zoya. Although my treatment wasn’t skincare related Dr Zoya kindly had the time to fit me in for a skin consultation. She listened to my skin concerns and gave me a personalised skincare routine. I have already noticed such a difference in my skin already in just under a week!! Its the best its ever looked and this is only the beginning! My confidence has definitely been boosted. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Zoya you are amazing at what you do! If anyone has any skin concerns i highly recommend booking in with her. she is literally the skin queen! Xx

I have been to Secret Aesthetics before and was amazed by my consultation and treatment from Dr Ashraf. This time I had my consultation with Dr Mary, who was honestly so knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns regarding symmetry and carried out the treatment, I can now say my lips are so much better than what they were. Also for the first time I did not use numbing cream and I honestly did not feel the pain I have from previous other Aestheticians using numbing cream. Dr Mary also gave me advice on Premature Menopause I have gone through so that was a lovely touch.
I honestly do recommend Secret Aesthetics, my 2 treatments here have restored my faith in Aestheticians. The new clinic is also stunning and comfy, the beverages and your own iPad to watch anything whilst waiting is just an additional touch.

Amazing service! I was so impressed by the professionalism and care. I originally opted for London since I live on the south coast, but was unimpressed by the consultation and the extortionate prices also. It was totally worth the drive to the beautiful Secret Aesthetics clinic. All the staff were lovely. My appointment with Dr Naqvi was informative, professional and I’m really looking forward to seeing my Endolift results over the coming months. I know this clinic will be in my contact list for a long time!

After months of researching for a reputable clinc to sort out my dark under eye circles I plucked up the courage and booked an consultation with DR Haroon.
I was very nervous from minute I entered the reception area.
But the staff at the front desk were polite and made me a coffee .
The clinic is warm and welcoming.
In the consultation room Dr Haroon was honest with advising me what treatment would work best for my concerns and to get a good result
He recommended the 3in 1 trough and cheek fillers .

He explained each step of the process .
Yes The Secret anthestic Clinc is more expensive than other clincs offering similar treatments but it's definitely the best and professionally led .
The results of my treatment are fantastic..no more tired sunken under eyes .

I’ve now had 2 appointments at Secret Aesthetics and I must say from the initial Consultation to the treatment days It’s been a great experience. I’m yet to see the results as they are not instant but both Dr Naqvi and Dr Zoya have wealth of information and are not pushy to sell treatments. I’m so glad I’ve chosen this clinic. I also must say the non-clinical staff need to be commended too.

I have had my treatment today with Dr Zoya to treat my under eyes area. I have always been bothered by my undereye bags, hollowness, and dark circles, i tried different creams that was recommended by doctors in other clinics but nothing worked, and in fact, made the area look worse. I was really insecure about myself and tried to hide the area with thick concealers and heavy make up. However, a friend of mine recommended the place and she was right about everything she said. Firstly, I was greeted by two lovely receptionists -Akila and Reyana- who made me feel so comfortable; they offered me refreshments and I finally tried one of their vanilla lattes lol. Shortly after, they took me to one of their private suites with the most relaxing massing chairs and applied a numbing cream as per my request (I am trypanophobiac). The lady-Reyana- applied the cream on my concerned area so gently and professionally. She offered me more refreshments and put relaxing music to reduce my stress.
After few minutes, i had been escorted to Dr Zoya’s room, I was really nervous as it was the first time I had such a treatment. Dr Zoya took her time explaining the treatment to me, procedures and what are the main side effects that I may notice within the next days. The treatment was really quick and I did not feel any pain and the results were immediately visible. The area under my eyes looked brighter and my undereye bags, darkness and hollowness was reduced. Once treatment done, Dr Zoya explained to me the aftercare and what are the side effects that I might notice. Overall, this was the best experience ever. I will definitely come back for more treatments and definitely recommend!

First time for botox and I could not have picked a better place. Excellent service from all who work there. Very happy.

This place is the new benchmark. Secret Aesthetics have raised the game with their new world class clinic inside Harvey Nichols. Upon entry I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who offered me refreshments and led me to the relaxation room, with the most divine massage chairs I’ve sat in and a choice of relaxing music, Spotify, or Netflix to watch whilst I waited. I then had a consultation with Dr Naqvi who spent a long time with me talking over the process and alleviating any concerns I had. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and perfect in every way - making a visible difference but remaining subtle as per my request. Would recommend to anyone and will not be going anywhere else in the future!

This is the second time I have recieved treatment from DR NAQVI and i will continue to return. I have had botox to my face and am completely satisfied with the results. Dr Naqvi is knowledgeable and confident as a practitioner, he is polite, welcoming and gave me good professional advise regarding areas on my face that required treatment without making me feel pressured to undertake the treatment and not only was I given this professional advice I was also talked out of having additional treatment that he felt I didn't need. I recommend Dr Naqvi to all my friends and family.
I will be returning soon.

Had lip filler from Dr Asad Naqvi, he made me feel so comfortable and I love how natural and he made them look while adding volume, wouldn’t go anywhere else or recommend another doctor.

Visited the clinic to treat my medical issue of Bruxism to try and stop my teeth clenching in the night which was causing bad tension headaches. Have seen both Dr Haroon and Dr Naqvi who have been very professional and informative and the treatment has really helped my condition. Would recommend!

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received from this company. Professional and talented individuals. I’ve been receiving lip fillers for 2 years, slowly building volume and taking my lips as big as possible without any projection (duck look). Aesthetics is an art and you should be careful with who you choose to alter your appearance. I could not recommend this place enough.

I would’ve given 0 stars if I could…made me wait over an hour on my appointment and no sorry. They didn’t inject any filler or so little that I couldn’t feel the difference. Will never recommend them. Costed me so much

I tried to book an appointment 2 days ago online but there was an issue. I phoned the number on the website and was told someone would get back to me by email.I took until the next day for a response saying there was issues on the the booking line.
I don't feel its good practice that you can't phone and speak to someone regarding appointments.
Two days later I was emailed to say I need to go back online to book an appointment after I had asked for a call back I was emailed to say they do not offer call backs for non urgent issues.
Two days later from my original booking issue the appointment had gone!
Obviously new customers don't matter.
