Seat Belt Extenders Omdömen 

Notified by USPS, that extenders ordered were sent to an unknown address in Boca Raton, Florida. Customer service "Bot" totally useless. This is obviously not reputable company.

This company and it's products are not reliable nor consistent with their descriptions. They advertised a product that would fit my vehicle (Model Y). I chose the specific one from their website which indicated it would fit. When it subsequently arrived - it didn't fit (the latch on the belt would not connect to the extender). I've attempted to contact them via chat, email and directly. They do not respond (aside from their automated chat response which says someone will get back to me).

I've bought multiple extenders from them and they always work perfectly. The shipping time is decent and the price is reasonable. When I had a problem with my address Auto filling incorrectly they fixed it immediately.

Purchased two seat belt extenders from this company. I guess “regular” is different than “rigid” which is what I wanted. I emailed customer support and they were quick to reply and even sent me my correct rigid extenders the same day. Didn’t even want the old ones back. Scared I was going to get scammed based on other reviews but that didn’t happen at all . They took care of me and my new extenders fit great. Thank again.

I purchased and received two seat belt extenders for my car model. One randomly pops out, the other never latched properly to begin with.

I’ve tried contacting the company several times and have received no word back. I suspect they’re piggybacking off another (more reputable) company that has “pros” in their name.

Ordered two extenders from this company that states it was UK based not the case it's in China. Only one arrived tried everything to contact the company by email also via their advert no reply tried their telephone number which doesn't exist. All their claims are not true.

I ordered and received a seat belt extender from Seat Belt Extenders. I immediately realized I should have ordered a stiff extender, not a soft extender and used the "contact us" page on their website to ask how best to make that exchange. No answer. Since they charge $10 to return anything and I really needed a stiff extender, I wanted arrange an efficient exchange. So I again used their customer contact page on 3/16/26 requesting an answer. No response. It was as if this is a shadow company. I researched the physical address on their mailing package, and there is no record of a business of this name there. Since they have no phone number, I tried the customer contact box one more time. They never got back to me. Finally I just requested. "return". NOW I get an email saying they are sending a replacement and and a label to return the original"will be sent". I replied, "N0", I do not want a replacement, I just want to return the original. I never heard from them again. No return info ever arrived.

Ordered two extenders for our Accord. arrived quickly and well packaged, but didn’t fit our rear seats. I emailed the company for the right extenders or our money back, and they quickly made things right by shipping out a sample extender for us to test risk free.it worked and could not be happier with the experience. Fast and friendly help. highly recommend!!

I made a purchase and the extenders did not fit my Atlas. This wonderful company reached out to me and made it right. This is the first time a company has done this. I will definitely order again from this company and I reccommend you to as well!

Ordered seatbelt extenders from the team here based upon an email exchange to verify some potential solutions. Took only a couple of days to ship in a very put together package.

Unfortunately, the extenders didn't end up working on our vehicle; however, the support team was 100% on their game to address the issue and get things sorted out for us.

Ordered a regular-style extender for our Cayenne. Shipped same-day, received about 2 days later. The extender itself is what I expected, nothing fancy, but does the job for our needs. Would recommend overall.

The extender I got was not safety certified as the site promises. It also didn't fit my car, even though I ordered the correct part as the site instructed. I did get a refund, but only after I contacted them when their automated return process wanted to charge me $10 for return shipping.
