The communication and support, before-during -and after the purchase was just great!
I purchased a bulk quantity of beaded bracelets for a charity event to be used as an identifier rather than those plastic/silicon bands that end up in the trash.
The quality was very impressive and the price was right.
I look forward to reducing waste and proving my guests with a meaningful memento.

Good quality and good price. Two problems however: I ordered size 8, and it is a little bit under eight also Sterling silver is not stamped with 925 so I am not sure that it is sterling silver

The price was perfect. So perfect I ordered way more than what I needed.

Shipping was fast, package arrived all in one piece. Seat cover for 2004 GMC fit perfectly. Well made product. I will definitely purchase again if needed.

Sadly, the luxury leather recliner I ordered, and the replacement they sent, were both damaged in shipping. But the customer service people couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful in trying to fix my problems. The price was great and the chair looked beautiful. I’ll definitely try buying something else from them soon.

Everything was good but came with no instructions on where to install the screws

A scam site changed my shipping information stole my package sent it to Florida and now I can’t contact the site at all even gave me tracking number that didn’t match my information… SCAMMER

The shipment was on time. UPS presented a very beat up box that was almost falling off. The contents, a chair and ottoman were both in good shape. It was very easy to assemble, without directions, opening adding 2 screws into the chair the strapping on the pads on after removing all of the plastic. The unit is beautiful and sturdy. Unsure if the protection hard plastic on the back legs of the chair is missing or they are not needed.
