Het pakket is uitzonderlijk lang onderweg. Achteraf blijkt dat het om een dropshippingbedrijf gaat: het bedrijf is gevestigd in het VK, maar de bestelling wordt rechtstreeks vanuit China verzonden. Dit was vooraf niet duidelijk aangegeven. Ook de leverdatum die op de website vermeld staat, blijkt onbetrouwbaar.

When ordering, I omitted to choose 'Ultra' so I received the wrong cover. My bad, so I ordered another one, which I hope arrives soon. Items take a long time to arrive (they come from China), so the business being 'based in the UK' is meaningless. I bought a magnetic case for my phone, but it is so weakly magnetic that the accessories don't stay stuck. Returns are a joke - they take £4.99 off for postage so try to encourage you to take a partial refund instead, where you get a very small refund but you don't have to return it. So I clicked that, thinking that it would avoid the hassle of going to the post office, but when I submitted it, it told me I had agreed to a refund of £0. Which of course I hadn't, because that would be moronic. Avoid this site.

However, the strap that comes with it is impossible to put on as the clip is too big.
I like the sliding cover to protect the camera and the magnetic clip I can use Maps when driving. However, i've kept my old wrist strap as I can't put on the strap that came with the phone as the clip is too thick for the small holes. I also like the pretty pink colour.

Order placed at 19.00 hours I tried to cancel the next morning as the product I had searched for on heir site was after looking closer a model for a different sized phone. this was my fault as I didn't check closely enough I just trusted their search engine.
Know the problem start. Contact number no answer. Tracking reverence not recognised so no email was returned to me. website no facility to cancel order on there website. finally get an email telling me to contact currier company. delivery date 6 days away so you'd think it would be easy to cancel saving everybody time and trouble,NO unable to get it canceled. less that 24 hours from purchase and just an absolute nightmare to deal with SDTEK! ask to lodge a complaint no response. I will never use them again

Used the travel adapter across europe and it worked flawlessly for my phone and laptop. It's a bit bulky for some wall sockets but the USB ports are a lifesaver

Terribly disappointed. This looked like a nice design. Unfortunately that’s irrelevant as the pin design is poorly executed and the band pops straight off the watch w the smallest amount of tension.
