SDS were very helpful on the phone and were able to book a slot for me only a few days later. The guys gave me a call to let me know they were on their way and then arrived promptly. They did a very good job, replacing both cables on my up and over garage door, and the door is now working perfectly again.

From the first contact on the phone I felt I was speaking to someone who could get things done. The team had a full day but they worked around this to fix my 'emergency' on their way home!
