I was really excited to try my waist trainer for the first time, especially as it was advertised as something I could wear comfortably.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While sitting at the office, the boning dug into my sides and caused discomfort. After removing the waist trainer, I noticed redness, itching, pressure marks and a small, bumpy rash on my skin. Thankfully, the redness and itching have gradually started to subside, but I was concerned that this happened after just one wear. I had hoped the waist trainer would smooth my silhouette while remaining comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. Instead, the pinching and skin irritation made the experience uncomfortable and concerning.
When Katie followed up with me via WhatsApp, I responded by sharing my experience and asking whether other customers had reported similar issues. Unfortunately, 5 days later, I have still not received a response.
I shared my feedback in good faith and would have appreciated an acknowledgement of my concerns and a response to my question.
Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the comfort of the product and the lack of follow-up to date. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively, as honest customer experiences and responsive customer service are important.

Ordering is super easy, size guide is accurate. Delivery notification are on point and quick delivery time. Best bra's ever bought. I now have 6 and am absolutely thrilled.

Do not buy from this brand.
I ordered the low back shorts from them on 24th September and received the wrong item on 8th October. The item they sent had no label attached and looked much cheaper than the one I’d tried to buy.
As per their policy on their website, if they send the wrong item they should offer free shipping back to them for either a replacement or a refund.

They have emailed me four times so far refusing to offer me free shipping to return the item and only a 50% refund. I have had to open a dispute with my credit card because this is both illegal in the UK and goes against their own policy.

I have been dealing with a customer service rep called Emma Ryans who keeps refusing to follow her own policy.

Really disappointing service and I am out of pocket by £40.

I placed my order for the same bra's as previously ordered; fast delivery took place. The beige was not what I expected but Hannah sent me 4 samples to choose from, and I finally got the right colour beige. Hannah went out of her way so that I can find something I am happy with. Excellent service. This is not my first time ordering from Sculpt, I absolutely cannot go without my Sculpt Bra's.

The product is fantastic, the high impact sports bra and tummy control leggings really keeps everything in place and ensures nothing gets away during running.

Easy to order, and quick with delivery.. Awesome products

I ordered 3 of these bras after I had been diagnosed with breast cancer. I asked if they could be delivered quickly . They came 10 days to late . I had been in constant contact with them and at no point did they say they would not offer a full return or refund . They have now only offered me a 30% refund . The company is total Chinese rubbish and very unhelpful. I am very disappointed.
