De har nu lavet min printer på garantien, og den fungere. De har dog en langsom respons tid som jeg håber bliver bedre derfor kun 4 stjerner

Shipping was slower than expected.
I like the unit but I’m hoping you will do a softwear update so ABS can be used as well as PLA filiment.

It's been just a few weeks since I bought my sculpto and while I love the ease of printing I now basically a paper wieght I continually have a red ring and can't get it to print anymore I've done the SD card swap and still the same issues I really loved this printer but am losing faith in the company as I have messaged my issues and still haven't heard back

Ordered additional feeding pieces since original won't stay tightened. Parts came quick, order was correct!

They gave great advice to help with my issue.

Doesn't really work with my wifi

Shipping was free, arrived in 2 days in perfect shape. Works very well and service is good.

I was skeptical with the clearance price. I did receive the printer in one week from when i ordered it. The phone app is buggy at first. Once setup is complete, the app works smoother. The web app works great. For the price you pay, it seems to ne a fantastic printer. I like the preview option before the prints. I like i can scale up or down the size right then without modifying the STL file.

I received my Sculpto Pro 2 serial number 117863.

It connects to my. WiFi but not to my app

It's useless

I want a replacement and cannot reach customer support

I purchased the Sculpto2 Pro and had it in 2 days which was Amazing, but that is where being good ended. The product wouldn't connect to the network and actually show on their application. Put in a ticket which took 7 business days to respond to and they just told me to do what I had already done 50 times and was already told so in the initial ticket so they just saw a ticket and responded without reading it. Come to find out it was a defective machine and I have to pay to send it back so I can get a refund on the initial purchase and not return shipping FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

The machine worked great for the first print, then I hit a little snag and it started acting up. Had to constantly change the filament. Once I printed the top feed spool holder that was offered on the dashboard, I have not had another issue. I highly recommend the top feed spool holder as the first print made by anyone who purchases this machine! It made a huge difference and it also saves on space.

I just received my printer but have not opened it yet. Looking forward to using this on my nscale rail line.

The Sculpto 2 was good at first then just wouldn't print anything more after a few prints.

I love sculpto. It is so easy to use and doesn't take up a bunch of space. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get into 3D printing.

Should be a phone number for support instead of relying on email, I wanted to return my product and the process was so frustrating that one of your printers is now in the trash, it would not work correctly so never again.
