Delivery brilliant in no time it was here ,the polish is the best I have used easy to put on ,easy to buff it to a brilliant shine I would highly recommend it and all there products,I have used the screen wash ,leather cleaner for my seats ,came up fantastic dash cleaner also ,won’t use anything else.

made a claim, they asked me to take to one there approved dealers, they took a look and said it was bird poo damage, claim was approved and sorted very quickly. no complaints

Ive had my car 7 year - never put a claim in - anyway bird poo stained my cars paint so sent a email putting in a claim fir the damage

Car was sent to a apprived garage where they inspected the car and agreeed the paint was damaged. The garage sent off the details to scotts guard and in less and 24 hours the claim processed and sorted.

No hassle, no fuss. Excellent

Very dissatisfied with the service and the company's answer. The obvious watermarks on my seats were not ...watermarks in their opinion ?!! The service was poor, still stains on my seats, when I complained, they said that due to the scratches on the seatbelt mechanism, the stains that I have were not daily liquid spills. Also, they mention that they cleand my car seats as a GOODWILL !!! No, my friends, I have paid for a service, that was not charity or benevolence on your side. I do not recommend, waste of money.

My car was damaged by bird lime despite having purchased Safegard paint protection, however I suspect the dealership who applied it to my car either didn’t do it properly, or do it at all in the rush to deliver on time, so I can’t really comment on the Safegard product itself.

The Safegard guarantee however, has certainly proven to be worth its weight in gold after I made a claim in response to the damage. With superb customer service Scotts Trading quickly processed my claim and booked me into a local body shop (Stacey & Hanson Body & Paint, who did a fantastic job). The damage is now repaired and I can highly recommend Scotts Trading.
