Excellent experience overall
I’ve been using their products for years, and one thing I realized is they really last. The fuel purge gave my old car a performance boost I didn’t think was possible, and their interior sanitiser smells so fresh! To be fair, I wish the pack was slightly cheaper, but the quality makes up for it. Honestly speaking, my car maintenance has become so much easier. Thank you!

Scotts Trading are good while signing up for paint protection policy but when you try to put up claim there it start all the hassle . They made me to run around to the different garages within Scotland to get the cheaper quotes for the work done . Purely they approve very cheap quote irrespective of the quality of work done at that place . Also they will try to reject any subsequent claims too ..I seriously suggest to re-think before you signup and they will be ready to cancel the policy if your claim cost is more than the policy cost ...

Update 06/02/2025 : Scotts Trading suggested repairer who did poor quality repair work which resulted in damaged to my BMW x2 Telematics box . Please reach out to me for more evidences . Just rethink when you signup for their policy guys

ScottsTrading providing false information when I reported them the subsequent issue then ScottsTrading responded we will check with bodyshop and get back but scotts trading never reached out to me .I personally with help of CAB followed up with steve walker bodyshop and got it fixed .Yes bodyshop did fixed it but you guys never reached out till date and my family without car for 2 weeks almost..

For clarity - the first bodyshop we sent you to were not responsive with a report / quote back to us, when they eventually replied the quote was not typical for trade partners like ourselves. We asked you to attend another bodyshop for a review. You were then away for 4 weeks.
We instantly approved the quote to re-paint your vehicle roof, as the bodyshop assessor confirmed Bird lime (natural pollutant) damage. You attempted to claim for damage to the bonnet, but the bodyshop confirmed there were stone chips and marks not consistent with any pollutant damage, so we declined the claim for the bonnet repair as it is outside of policy scope.
You then contacted us to ask for a policy refund. We offered a refund in lieu of the claim which had been approved we would be happy to do this - which you subsequently declined, and asked to proceed with the roof repair.
Whilst we appreciate all feedback, this review is disingenuous as you were hoping to claim for damage which is outside of policy scope.
The bird lime damage to your roof was instantly identifiable, and this was approved immediately upon receipt of the report to us.
Edit 6th Feb:
Following the recent edit to this review, we can confirm the following, as again it is missing significant detail:
The customer did inform us after having the roof re-painted at a Bodyshop under our policy, there was damage to his aerial.
We immediately contacted the Bodyshop who carried out the repair, who informed us they would make arrangements directly with the customer to inspect and resolve.
True to their word, they confirmed the fault was caused by a dip where the aerial sits becoming wet then frozen and lifting the seal.
It cost the Bodyshop over £1000 to rectify which they arranged / paid immediately, and confirm the customer was happy when he left.
The customer subsequently contacted us seeking compensation, threatening Citizens Advice / Financial Ombudsmen etc.
We will happily respond to any official channel with evidence to this effect.
We would advise any company to exercise caution when dealing with disingenuous customers, who feel they can leverage businesses into paying compensation.
Great product
Having worked in the motor trade for 30 years I can genuinely say that they are the best product I have experienced - highly recommend.

Building dust into paint work
I contacted Scott's after dust from building work had after washing and polishing by me left the paintwork rough to the touch, I felt that if it is supposed to resist tree sap then dust shouldn't have got in,
They agreed as a gesture of goodwill to pay for the car to be mopped and polished at smartworld Exeter and it is now shiny and smooth, not the first time it has been polished as it came back rough after a couple of weeks, hopefully this will work
