This company/person is a scam artist extraordinaire.

I ordered a polo-type garment on 9/13. A bargain until it was never delivered. I subsequently wrote emails asking "when will you ship it?" I got several "it's in transit" emails, but NOT a response to my queries.

Finally, S&P wrote and said it was delivered. NOPE.

So, then I tried their tracking number, but it was only a Q-code to some company called Shop. And once there, one must create an account. Another scam, since it wasn't a tracking number at all.

Please avoid doing anything with Scott & Parker.

Absolutely a scam. Poor quality polyester clothes that have been misrepresented as a high end US made brand from Washington. Good luck trying to return anything. No response from customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I will never buy anything from this “company” again. I order a men’s 2xl shirt and it said 2xl but it wasnt close to the size. I didn’t try to return it. I just donated it. Note when I paid for it was someplace in the U.K. It took almost 4 weeks to get it. It seems like small shop trying to get started. Really no clue where there located but their using some vendor in China.

This is not a real company!. They dropship from China, and have no customer service. I received a shirt that bore no resemblance to what they showed in their Instagram ad, it was three sizes too small, and had a hole it it!

They responded to my first complaint with an empty apology, and never offered a way to replace or refund the item. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This company is nothing but a scam! Returns are practically impossible and refunds offered are a mere 10% of the cost of your item. DO NOT buy from this company!!

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. This merchant has CRAP for merchandise. The shirt I purchased was nowhere near US sizes. The men’s large that I bought had sleeve lengths that were about 5 inches too short. The return postage was $28 dollars that I had to pay (had to be sent to Asia) and the shirt was only $39. I obviously will be eating the cost of the shirt.

Worst company ever. Ordered on 9/25, I'm writing this on 10/05. Still hasn't shipped and the tracking number they sent me doesn't even exist for any shipping company.
Facebook and IG need to start vetting theirr advertisers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They do not accept returns. You have to pay $25 to send back. They would give us 10% back if we wanted to return. Do not buy from this company! Poor quality.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I REGRET BUYING and feel TRICKED. I wish I had done more research before buying. BIG HASSLE and still don't have a refund. The clothing quality is sub-par, and the style is cut very small for Asians. The company is in CHINA. The website states that you can return items, but the address they provided after numerous emails is in China. And you have to pay the shipping fees, which are $25 or more, depending on how many items. They are very slow to respond, if they respond at all via email only. They want pictures of the items before you send them and pictures of the package and a correct "track and trace code sent to customer service." (their words, not mine)

They offered me 10% cash back, then after multiple emails requesting a refund, sent this:

I recieved my shirts and they are to small and to short my belly sticks out. what a joke! I would need a 4x long to fit. This is a scam. And 25 $ minimum to send back. I should have shoped at Amazon.

The website is very clear about the return policy - returns are possible (you have to pay $25 to return something which is ridiculous but the policy is clear). So, I ordered 2 sizes with the intention of returning. I've been back and forth with customer service and I'm told returns are not possible, quote: "We always do our best to minimize returns whenever possible ... I do my best to research sites before ordering because a lot of scams are out there. Scott and Parker is one of them - Do NOT order from Scott and Parker.

This merchant is a total scam! The garments they sell are no where near US sizes. The men’s large that I bought had sleeve lengths that barely reached my elbows. When I went to return I got a non-stop song and dance with multiple evasion tactics offering 10% then 20% discounts to keep the useless items or risk paying high return international shipping costs. Find another merchant.

The item I received was very different than what was shown when I ordered. The color was different, the sizing was way off and the material was terrible.
The price was about $35 and their return fee is listed as $25.
They win. The got my money and I learned a lesson.

i bit on the nice medium blue long sleeved polo shirt XL. i received a LIGHT blue shirt with a weird 70s collar in size S.

after reading the return travails i will just deal the shirt off to GoodWill and make certain i check Trustpilot in the future.

Buyer BEWARE. This is a SCAM company. There is no bricks and mortar store like depicted on the website. Product received was NOTHING like shown on the website, POOR quality. Product was received on 09/02/2025 my first request for refund was made on the evening of 09/02/2005. No refund. Contact your CC company and asked them to investigate this company. My CC company went to bat for me.ONE last piece of advice; cancel your CC, change the password tied to the email address you used.

Run!! Do not buy from this company. Quality is horrible and they will not accept returns. They try to bribe you over and over again to keep the purchase with BS offers to accept lesser amounts on other junk products.

Cannot get a return address for return merchandise . Quality and sizing not good. Waste of money. Can't get a refund.

I would give it a zero. They advertise as 30 day miney back return pilicy. I contacted them within 24 hours of receiving a package and still no satisfactory return option.
I'm contacting my credit card company! Product was inferior on top of it.

I echo all the reviews. Scam company. Not at all what it looks like you’re buying. Return has to be sent back to China at your expense for a minimum of $25.

100% misperception in the name, quality, look, size and location of the company where it says Washington. It took two weeks to get. Large is more like an extra small.
