I can't recommend him highly enough

I can't recommend him highly enough. Selling a property quickly can be a daunting task, but David made the process seamless and stress-free. Unlike my previous experience with a high street estate agent a few years back, David was genuinely understanding and took the time to discuss our goals. He provided a comprehensive overview of all available options, detailing both the pros and cons, and allowed us the space to make a considered decision. His approach was professional yet friendly, and his honesty and integrity were evident throughout our interactions. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent, David is the one to choose.

The buyers were very promp and professional.

The buyers were very promp and a pleasure to deal with no issues at all both with the legal team and the purchase.i would def work with these guys again if the opporrunity arose.

After failing to sell a property.

After failing to sell a property, I got in touch with David and Brian.
We both met at property and he looked around to see everything was OK.
After agreeing a price which we were both happy with.it was then up to lawyers to sort.
From that day he kept in touch with me and if I had any issues or questions he was on other end of phone. Always ready to speak.
Sale went through with no issues and both parties happy.
I can honestly say I was a bit unsure if our family were doing the right thing. But if anyone wants to do it .I recommend them,
Both guys are absolutely brilliant and a credit to company
