I could not work for a better Healthcare provider. They are truly amazing. They have been welcoming and supportive from the day I applied for a job with them. The whole staff go above and beyond, and any concerns I have are met and dealt with, promptly and professionally. They are a joy to work for, and with. The director is really engaged with the company and employees and is friendly and approachable. The office team are fantastic and really understanding. The app is incredibly useful and offers great flexibility. The clients are usually great too and seem to have a good relationship with ScotForce.

I have worked for Scotforce coming on 3 years now and I have zero complaints. From the very start I knew I was joining something amazing. Fast onboarding process. Great training provided. The office team are just the friendliest bunch of people I’ve ever met. Who treat everyone as an individual your more than just a number at Scotforce. I have great relationships with all the booking team and manager. And I know they are there for me if I have any issues/concerns. One of the biggest attractions for me though is the flexibility. I love that I can decide which days I work and how often. And the team will find me shifts to suit my availability. It’s kinda like being your own boss, no more rotas! And I also enjoy the variety that’s available from lots of support workers roles to various care homes. It’s great, I love it and would highly recommend Scotforce to anyone.

I joined the ScotForce team 3 years ago due to personal circumstances. Agency nursing allows me to be available for my family when I need to, and the support from the team makes a wonderful, but at times challenging job must easier to carry out. I have found ScotForce Healthcare to be a very professional and supportive organisation to belong to. Communication is excellent, continuing development training is provided and supported, and it is a pleasure to be part of the team. If wanting to deliver professional health care with a professional team is important to your employment then I would not hesitate to recommend ScotForce Healthcare as an organisation to work with.

Induction is excellent and covers all the support available to you as well as meeting training requirements.

I have now worked with scotforce going on 8 years! I love the flexibility of work, the varied placements of work and most of all the staff that I work with in the office and fellow scotforce employees! We work to a high standard and we have a good reputation for being hard workers, friendly and most importantly, caring! This is a company that genuinely care about their staff, you are not just a number like other agencies. There is always someone you can speak to no matter the reason. I've been a scotforce employee for several years. I worked for several care companies before I joined scotforce. And I can honestly say scotforce is the best. The support and guidance given to staff is second to none. And through this it shows when our staff go into care homes we go in with the confidence to be able to perform our duties to a very high standard. I have never heard anything other than praise from care home managers and seniors for the scotforce carers. We are a team that I feel honoured to be part of.
