Owen was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the TS232 table saw I was there to look at. The machine is very impressive and well built for the price.

I enquired as to the correct method to adjust my outfeed table height on my Itech PT310 Thicknesser Planer and received a perfect explanation, along with actual video footage of where to adjust and the measurements it should be.
This was provided by Steve from the technical department and exhibited outstanding customer care

I made an offer on eBay for a table saw and they couldn’t even be bothered to send a counter offer or even reject the offer, it expired itself. If they are like this with a potential buyer I would hate to see what there after sales would have been like!! Will likely now buy from Axminster which actually are better priced saws

Ordered an iTech Planer but needed to have a very specific delivery time slot and delivery truck requirement due to location of workshop. Mark at S&G made all the arrangements and the delivery arrived spot on time from our local PalletLine depot. The iTech PT310B planer is superb and excellent value.

Once we purchased the machine we had an engineer called George it was an amazing experience with him teaching us how to use the program.He was very knowledgeable and easy to explain any we questions asked.I will definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Superb service and quick order processing. They carry all the hard-to-find hardware such as CMT accessories and ER20 hardware for routers (like what Jessem POW R Tek motors use). I like how they sent me an update when the order was shipped. Definitely will be shopping with Scott+Sargeant more!! Especially for all my CMT-related hardware.
