We received a fantastic service from the team at Scoreboards Online, from our initial enquiry right through to getting the scoreboard up and running.
We required some modifications to the new scoreboard so it would fit in place of our existing one. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. When the board was first delivered, the mounting brackets weren’t in our preferred position. However, after a quick phone call, the board was collected the very same day, modified, and returned to us the following day.
Installation was straightforward using the 12V battery provided. We did require a few additional connectors, which were shipped to us free of charge the next day, another great example of their excellent customer service.
We’ve now been using the scoreboard 2–3 times a week for the past month, and it has performed flawlessly. It also looks fantastic.

We originally found the product on the internet and following a useful telephone conversation and quotation decided to visit their business in Highbridge to meet the people and check out the product.

We were made very welcome an were show different sizes of boards to make a decision and agree some small modifications to suit our application.
I was good to deal with such an enthusiastic family business and was happy to place the order on the day.
The board was delivered to our home in Shropshire personally by Ben on their own transport to avoid potential damage in transit on carriers.
They did that within the price.
We have been very pleased with the performance of the board and have now ordered a second kit which Ben again delivered.

I was shown around Scoreboard Online and the scoreboard options were explained to me. The scoreboards are well made and Dave, Ben and staff couldn’t be more friendly. It was great that there was a wide selection of power supply options. These included 240v mains, 12v car battery or Dewalt / Milwaukee / Makita battery pack options which is great. We chose the mains version as that worked best for us. The lead-time was reasonable too.

The scoreboard was delivered and after a slight technical hitch, that was quickly solved, we were up and running. We were shown how to operate the scoreboard by the technician who built the scoreboard.

We as a club are delighted with the scoreboard and would definitely recommend Scoreboard Online to other cricket clubs and other sports clubs requiring scoreboards.

Very pleased with our scoreboard, well built and finished with a control pad so straight forward to use. The ability to link the board to Play-Cricket scoring software makes updating the score effortless, you never miss a run! A minor issue with one of the digits was rectified on site within 2 days.

the team are pros through out the whole process from a phone a call to discuss with a back up email all the way to delivery. it turned exactly when they said and exactly how they said it would come.
