Scootertown Omdömen

El servicio fue muy effectivo y facil de utilizar.

Mantienen buena comunicación con el cliente en todo momento, es decir, atienden rápido cualquier inquietud que se presente. Excelente atención. Los recomiendo 100%.

The airline lost my scooter and scooter town was able to deliver a scooter to me within an hour and came and picked it up when I was finished. The scooter worked great so I was able to continue on my vacation In Madrid.

Mehdi was absolutely amazing. Always finding a way to have a solution. My original travel scooter's battery stopped working and he immediately (on a sunday request) offered me solutions. One scooter rental and then finding the charger for my scooter too. He was genuinely interested in my accesibility needs as a wheelchair user and my user experience with the provider rental scooter. He is someone
i would call a disability ally with a constant learning about accesibility not only as a business but as an impact maker in community. Love this values foundation on how Scooter town was founded. Very different from the rest of companies that their responses were "not possible too hard" as a base. Gracias Medhi!! ♥️💕

Fantastic service. The scooter was in great condition and allowed my mom to see the city. Drop-off and pick-up were excellent. I would definitely recommend Scootertown.

The first scooter we hired broke down, unfortunately. However, Mendhi was super responsive and replaced it very quickly. This one was super and managed the hills of Madrid with ease.
We chose delivery and collection, which went very smoothly too.

Medhi was very responsive , helpful and efficient in meeting our needs .
He has a delightful and kind manner

Great service ,brilliant new scooter the Topmate ES10 , didn't handle inclines well !! but managed , and it could be a weight factor as I am on the large size . Would definitely recommend them

We traveled to several cities in Spain on our vacation and we used three scooter rental companies. Scooter town was clearly the best. Very clean brand new scooter works perfectly was lightweight. It had slow speed and a pretty fast speed in my opinion. Very easy to pick up and load in and out of the back of the car. The owner was the nicest person very sweet and kind and very accommodating for us. The other two companies we used after him were horrible. We wished that you had more locations so we could only use your company. Thank you so much for being so wonderful. We were able to travel with my 88-year-old Mother using the scooter so she did not miss out on walking around with us on vacation.
