It's really a vibrator nothing else..... Didn't work for me and its poor design doesn't hold the machine well with the strap... Moreover, the Guarantee is for the device cost and not the postage that customer will have to pay for delivery and return i.e. £11.45 for me... Would not recommend it to anyone.

Sciaticalm is really helping getting the issue I have on my right side to ease so that I can move more easily and enjoy walking and playing golf. The rechargeable battery length is quite good but it’s a bit cumbersome to set up for charging up

The product itself has really helped my boyfriends sciatic nerve in his leg but it’s the EXACT same thing as my vibrator. Even has the same settings so I’d say invest in a bullet, much cheaper and does the same thing.

Found it very helpful when walking as that is when I get most pain. I am a keen golfer so use the unit when in pain or loss of use of calf muscle as the muscle drops out.

I have been suffering with Sciatica which flares up on and off for several years. Recently the pain was excruciating and unbearable, it affected every movement. Using for cancer tumor pressing on nerve and causing pain on left side (like sciatica), using the product and seems to be making some change. Early days yet, it should be given its time (case by case) but certainly worth trying as complimentary support. Good customer service, reliable and clear information. Yes it helps releave some of the pain cause by my spinal injury. However the Sciaticalm model 0088 has broken AGAIN !!
It seemed expensive before, yet has gone up again in price... It should last longer.
So be prepared to buy more than one,,,, This will be my THIRD.

This is little machine stops my sciatic pain in a few minutes. It’s easy to use and very discrete. What a relief!
