I recently ordered shoes at the Liverpool location and got them delivered to my house in Ireland. 2 days later I received an email to say that them shoes are out of stock, after paying for them in the store. Very disappointed

Used their Drop2shop service recently and they got it mixed up and sent to another retailer (LifeStyle Sports). Contacted Schuh who basically said, not our problem, we can’t issue a refund and they cancelled a gift card they previously issued instead. Also contacted LSS and Drop2Shop and not getting anywhere. It’s like ping pong being passed around. Absolutely horrible customer service from all!

I was served by Adam who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Ordered shoes. None arrived. Probably because Schuh use FedEx to save money. 'Tried to deliver' when I've been in both days. Waste of time. Customer service hard to reach, faulty website. Very poor. Will not shop here again.

Recieved my havaianas and they are damaged. Wouldn't purchase from this company again.

My daughter and I called in to Schuh in The Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick on7/06/24. We purchased a pair of NB trainers for my daughter. We were assisted in our purchase by a lovely girl named Meadhbh F. She was so helpful and professional in her approach. She surprised by telling us that she was not working with Schuh for very long. Schuh are lucky to have such a great employee!

If I could give a 0 zero rating, it would be too good for schuh. I returned a pair of shoes on the 17th of April, they then refused to give me my refund. They actually said I had been given the refund and I wasn't looking in the right place for it. When I emailed looking for my money, I was told to contact Klarna, klarna said no, it's schuhs issue. I contacted schuh again and they said try Klarna again etc. No matter who I spoke to they blamed anyone else, usually me. It took 6 weeks of me emailing, and practically begging for my own money before Klarna finally investigated and low and behold, it had gotten stuck on their side. I received my refund on the 29th of May. 6 weeks after I first returned the shoes! I will NEVER shop in schuh again! It was disgraceful that I had to go through so much stress for 6 weeks to retrieve my own money (minus a return fee,the cheek!!)

I had to give one star to write this review but Schuh don't even deserve that. Their customer service is shocking. Very rude and I would say very low intelligence. My wife recently ordered crocs from the website and as soon as she went through checkout she realized Google had picked our old address for delivery. As the mishap was noticed straight away she contacted Schuh to have the address amended. Now this would seem pretty straight forward to amend a delivery address however the rude customer service agent in Schuh queried why we couldn't just go to the other address and collect them. This is the house that we sold 6 years ago and are unable to get there. The crocs have been delivered to that address now and Schuh are refusing to provide a refund even though we don't have the crocs. Now I have screen shots of the txt conversation between my wife and the Schuh rep but am unable to attach on trust pilot if I could you would see how rude and unhelpful this company and their airhead staff are. However my niece who has 102 thousand followers on Instagram will be doing a live piece on this issue on Wednesday evening and will also be showing the txt conversation with Schuh's rep. Over the last 2 years we have purchased from this company 5 times however we will never purchase from them again. Order number 2493711701

I don't want to shop at schuh anymore as they liars and never deliver items, just make excuses, 3 attempt in different ways to deliver and final cherry on the top is "sorry, we are run out of the stock" I was waiting my order nearly month!

I shop online all the time and I have to say their customer service is absolutely dreadful.
I sent numerous emails explaining about two parcels I had returned via drop2shop and attached emails verifying that. The customer service I received back from Schuh was so rude and dismissed everything that was explained to them. Even drop2shop emailed them about the problem.
So unfortunately I only got a refund for 1 pair of shoes even though 2 pairs were returned.
I would never order from this place again.
As I’m scrolling down here looking at reviews, I can see a similar pattern were people are being left out of pocket and not receiving their money back.

I had such a great experience.. I wanted certain shoes for my wedding and they were sold out in all stores and online. I messaged the Schuh Instagram page and a lovely girl named Chloe was so helpful. She went above and beyond searching all stores for the shoes I wanted in my size. She came back to me and said she found one last pair and she got them sent out to me immediately as she knew I really wanted them. I had the shoes in 3days. Fantastic customer service. I now have my perfect wedding shoes 🥰 thank you so much Chloe x

Cillian in the Schuh Blanchardstown store was a breath of fresh air today when I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. As a retail Manager I can be sometimes super critical about sales persons and the quality of their customer service. Cillian was a gent from start to finish and even asked questions and made conversation with myself and my wife which is a dying art in its self. Fair play Cillian keel up the good work.

The girls at the store were very helpful and polite :)

Ordered online white trainers and got them next say but with yellow stain on the top. Can't clean it. Shouldn't be sent I believe they wouldn't sell it in shop for that price.

I was in schuh in the pavillions in swords, earlier to buy a pair of converse, I was served by Katie, i found her v helpful and went the extra mile to help me get set up with a loyalty card for the store on my phone, thank you Katie.

I went to Schuh in Swords Pavilion shopping centre for a pair of red Doc Martin's I was served by Katie she could only find one boot but didn't give up looking and eventually found it . She is assist to the shop and very polite and helpful.

Judging by the reviews this shop is like a box of chocolates, cuz you never know what you get.

I have to say my experience was flawless. Went yesterday to the shop in Dublin, was treated by very nice and polite customer service. Very helpful and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. One was meant to be delivered in 1-5 working days and the shoes arrived today at 11:00.

I'm very impressed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I placed an order for boots told something went wrong, order was unsuccessful and no money would be taken checked my account the money was taken, this has happened not once but three times on three different occasions with three different orders, last time I had this issue they tried to tell me they didn’t take my money but when I went to the bank I was told the payment had been taken on their side, the only reason i eventually got my money was because I threatened to take the issue further, it took many emails and calls for this, avoid at all costs their online system is disgraceful, spend your money elsewhere if you don’t want to be ripped off
