Absolutely shocking the way this company is taking people's money and not sending out the goods wish I had seen all this before I purchased bank is claiming my money back but avoid at all costs they did email me back and answer phones but was just hit with lots of lies needs shut down

I’ve ordered in June . Tie never received . No money back . No response at all . Order number 14421

Ordered placed at the beginning of August. Still waiting on it, shop closed and sight down for maintenance!
Extremely upsetting when you work hard to try provide your child with items they need for school and you are left out of pocket and non of your order!

Ordered and paid for a Blazer online at the beginningof August( 5 - 7days for delivery) , still waiting for the delivery. I have phoned and emailed the shop numerous times and never had a reply. Website is down for maintenance and has been for 2 weeks. Worst service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE !!!!

Ordered 4th July plenty time for school starting, it's now 22 September and I'm still waiting. No reply to emails, site has been down for maintenance for the last week!

Very bad communication, ordered sons blazer for high school in June with a 2 week delivery. No blazer, no contact from them, no reply to emails. No response to refund requests. Avoid its not worth the savings as you don't get the goods. Wish I saw the reviews here first, Absolute joke thankfully I paid by card so bank is doing a chargeback. Trading standards have been informed

If you can get another supplier for your uniform then do it. I ordered a blazer on 8/5/23 and I’m still waiting. Every excuse under the sun which are all mentioned time and again in the other reviews here. Friends of my daughter had theirs delivered within a few weeks, We’ve been waiting more than 3 months now and promised it would be in time for school going back, never happened. Lies, lies and more lies. Very poor telephone manner and a lady that clearly has no idea whats going on. Do not give them your money!!!!

Do not use this company they cannot fulfil orders don’t answer the phone or emails. I have asked for a refund which I doubt I’ll get it 😡😡😡😡😡 no stars is what they deserve! Any schools that have authorised them to sell on their behalf should remove themselves and help deter unsuspected parents from buying from them.

I made a very late purchase of a blazer for my granddaughter who started P1 on Wednesday. Realising that there was a backlog I wondered what further help they could offer me. Haseeb and the lovely female assistants could not have been more helpful and I would say went the extra mile and a half to help me despite being under considerable pressure , I was given time, consideration and not only were they able to signpost me to source what I was looking for, I was refunded swiftly and I can only say that they were outstanding. Thankyou to everyone for their kind attention

Ordered and paid for uniform.
Went to collect only to be told they cannot get it. Took our money no contact whatsoever.
Man in charge totally ignorant.
Q of people getting very angry because of similar issues.
Shut this shop down,DONT GO.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered online end of June told my delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Went to the shop 14th august to be given a rude refund. Shocking customer service and lack of empathy for customers

I used this place last year and it was an absolute nightmare. I was so stressed out and was unsure if I would have my order in time for my son starting p1. The last visit that I seen the owner Haseeb I realised that it wasn't his fault at all and he'd been shafted by the other people that were supposed to be doing the embroidery which left him unable to get any orders to customers within the time frame which he was given and expected, it was totally out of his hands and he was stressed beyond belief. The uniform when we received it was exceptional quality, great value for money and lasted my son the whole year! I had my doubts about going back but went again this year and found out that he had changed his embroidery company and there were absolutely no issues with my order this year. The jacket took a bit longer than expected and Haseeb had to keep chasing it up with the company doing the embroidery, they keep on delivering half of an order back instead of working on one school order at a time so I collected each bit of the uniform as it came in. Haseeb couldn't have been more helpful or grateful that we came back after the disaster of last year. I couldn't fault the quality or price of the uniform and will be using the shop again next year. A few other parents that I know had issues last year also went back this year as they couldn't fault the quality or price either compared to the other shops. I hope that others will give the shop a chance as I would be gutted if the shop was ever to close down. Thank you again to Haseeb and his team.

Do not order anything from this company.
I ordered a p.e.top in may and was told 2-3 week delivery.
I have phoned on numerous occasions to be fobbed off with different excuses and told the bad reviews are not genuine customers and have been put on by a rival company.
Its the middle of July and still waiting.

I ordered green striped school summer dresses and gingham ankle socks in April and despite chasing, I have still not received my goods. I initially received a text message saying they had been waiting for the socks to come in before they could despatch but was assured that now the socks had come in, they would send out all items first class recorded delivery the same day. I asked for a tracking number for the recorded delivery items but did not receive anything. I then text again and sent a message via the website and was told that they were waiting for the dresses to come in. I queried this as I had already had a text to say they had the dresses in stock, I was then told I had been given the incorrect information. Once again I was promised the items would be despatched recorded delivery. Again I asked for a tracking number for the items, no response. After a further week I telephoned and was told the size of dresses I had ordered weren't available anymore but they would send me the larger size. I agreed to this and again I was promised they would be despatched that day.
Nearly a week later, still no dresses. I telephoned today to be told that the items were despatched last week to me ordinary post, with no possibility of tracking the items. I specifically asked for a tracking number. The gentleman I spoke to became rude and did all he could to get me off the phone. He then told me that if the items don't turn up tomorrow, he would give me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

I ordered polo shirts and sweatshirts in the beginning of November from this company. At the beginning they promised they would arrive at certain dates and if they didn’t they would refund me which they never have and then they were going to give me extras for free. Now they don’t even reply to any emails, I feel what they are doing must be some kind of fraud because myself and others have paid for goods which we have not received. They should be ashamed of what their doing keeping peoples money.

Terrible experience order a blazer like many other of this page and a year of waiting still no blazer email after emailing saying it will be refunded but still nothing! now going to bank to sort and also going to inform education to take them off there list of shops to purchase from.

Ordered blazer in May 2022. This is March 2023 and I'm still waiting. Promise, after promise. Asked for a refund last year, still waiting. 🥴

Promised a refund from the owner Andrew. Still no refund now going through my bank to get a refund. My bank are also going to report this to Trading Standards. Disgraceful service and breached consumer rights Act 2015.
