Order not received - no replies from emails . Clearly a poorly run business if you can call it that. Avoid at all costs

Takes your card payment details & a week later of no item nor updates, they email to say your order is cancelled.

I bought a lancome gift case from scentsational.com but the production date is 3 years and requested to return. The customer service Yasmin Mehmet send me a like with free return DPD label and posted it by DPD on 7 Jan. But look at the following tracking information from DPD below. I suspect it is a fake website and no where to post the return goods if the goods have problem!!!!!!!!!! Could any one look into this matter?

I paid for a perfume,got confirmation,after 10 minutes they've canceled my order.They refunded me ,but that is not the point.The cancelation without ANY explanation is the point.

Half my order is missing and the rest has leaked all over the box . Tried to make contact 3 times but no reply . I’d appreciate someone actually acknowledge my issues.

Despite the dubious reviews, I ordered some perfume for a Christmas present on 16 December 2023. I received an email confirmation, which, bizarrely had a Returns form attachment. As I hadn't cancelled the order, I phoned up and was told this was sent routinely with every order. I was reassured that there was plenty of stock and that I would receive my perfume on the Wednesday. Today I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. When I phoned, I was informed that there was no longer any stock and that I would receive a refund. Not very helpful literally before Christmas. The company should check its stock levels before accepting orders and taking money. Would never use this company again.

Perfume delivered was out of date, completely the wrong colour and smelt terrible. Such a shame. Customer services contacted with order details and photos of perfume

My sister has used many times before and only had good things to say. She always smells amazing so was so happy to get a scent and smell amazing too. Fantastic and friendly service also. Will 100% be using again

The perfume was exquisite and well priced I would advise you to buy two not one.

My experience was good. I got my perfume which was authentic, delivered in a day all the way from UK to USA which was amazing. However, 2 weeks later my credit card had fraudulent charges originating from UK. Be careful to only use Paypal when paying with this company.
