Very friendly seller, good perfumes.
The seller was very friendly and attentive when you contact them via chat. I liked the fragrances I bought. And my perfumes arrived well packaged; the seller was very careful with that.
Really unfortunate to have to delete my previous good review and come back with this one.
Ordered on February 27th, because I'd ordered from here before I knew to wait about two weeks for my order to arrive, but this time around nothing came. I tried to reach out via the chat and via email, no response to either. Something told me to check reviews here and I seen all the negative reviews waiting for their packages too
I claimed a charge back (on revolut) I used these negative reviews as evidence as well as my lack of response. Apparently the seller tried to dispute the claim but I've gotten my refund now.
Really sad because this was a great shop with samples you would see anywhere else . Even if I had gotten an email to explain what was going on I'd have been understanding
I emailed on Friday, March 6, 2026 and have not received a response or reply! I made two purchases totaling $149.00 and have not received my scents or refund!
Please either ship the merchandise or refund me please!

My order arrived well packaged and exactly as described. I didn’t have any problems during the process, and everything matched what was ordered. The delivery went smoothly and the product came in perfect condition. I have nothing to complain about and no reason to think this company is a scam. Overall, it was a good experience.
Like others, I have been left in the dark with my order. I have previously ordered from here and it has been great.
I ordered on the 30th Jan and have heard nothing when emailed twice and sent messages on their website. Ridiculously poor customer service and a scam of a business. No choice but to claim my money back through the bank.
Ordered on 16th jan. Chased via email and website no reply. Purchased before no issues. Seems similar people have had same experience. Will contact bank for refund now
Place order 8th January still nothing emailed 3 times no response
There seems to be a bit of theme emerging here. Like other recent reviews I ordered 6th Jan and received nothing. So I emailed a week ago to enquire about my order and there has been no reply.
No communication after emailing, messaging on chat and even through the Tik Tok shop (multiple times on each), no shipping or dispatch notifications. As a last resort I have now had to get my bank involved in the hope of getting my money back. Really poor experience currently.
Disappointed ☹️ have ordered from them before and all seemed fine. Most recent order has taken a long time and I’ve tried to communicate with the seller via their chat, email and TikTok and they aren’t replying to their messages. Maybe if they reply I will edit my review but at the moment I’m sad they aren’t responding. May have to contact the bank and raise a chargeback if no response is received.

Company has responded possibly prompted with the review. Whilst I obviously appreciate the refund, I really wanted the samples - they are the only online store I can see with a sample of a certain perfume. I still feel sad I had the write the first review as I had a good experience on my first order.

3 weeks after ordering still nothing...
Tried to contact their 24/7 support team to get a bad attitude them saying they answer 24/7 but don't help anyone of a weekend.
Tried to contact them everyday now for 4 days and I've had zero response. Awful I would 100% recommend shopping anywhere but here!
I received my order from Scentedsample today and I must admit this company has the best selection of Middle East perfumes on UK market. I am a perfume collector and some Arabian perfumes usually have to order directly from UAE. I would definitely recommend this website and will be purchasing full bottles now. Also customer service is great, prompt response and advise. Highly recommended 👌
Was sceptical due to reviews here, but I placed an order as I couldn't find anywhere else that sampled Atralia. I received everything as expected, aside from one sample that was refunded before arrival.
My only minor (pedantic) complaints:
1. The labels are faint - one was almost illegible. Seems like the printer ran out of ink for that one.
2. I wish 1ml and 2ml were available - but they all show as sold out.
Overall, I would purchase again!
Unfortunately I have to delete my previous review. I ordered from them a second time and waited almost two weeks with very little communication until they finally refunded me. Evri never received the parcel and I had to repeatedly chase up where it was to get a reply. A shame because I was very keen to try out the testers.
Don’t trust that website
Sends me lataffa khamrah pretending to be royal blend niro and some cheap rubbish perfume as lataffa fakhar gold which supposed to be one million perfume clone AVOID !!!

Hi you definitely did not receive Khamrah but i can see why you would think this as Nero does smell similar and any google search will tell you this its a known fact. If you would like a free sample to compare and for proof of authenticity please contact us via the website. I know receiving samples can sometimes not live up to expectation and can be disappointing, but that does not mean they are fake but rather a personal perception. We also sell on multiple shopping platforms with no issues and have expanded to a website to meet demand. Samples are a fun way to try before committing to a full size just in case you may not like them..however this does mean they are fake but rather your perception and personal opinion that does not reflect individual customers on a whole.
