A company that cares….
I want to start by saying I’m very new to the scent box world. However, I was having issues (ended up being my bank) and the staff and owners at scent box were on top of it! Within a few hours I had suggestions on how to try and rectify the problem and a follow up email to let me know the problem was resolved and my shipment will be on time! Most companies would have considered the issue over and not have reached back out, unprompted! This company cares about their customers and in today’s world that enough to make me stay.
Poor Customer Sevice from Tracy
Backstory: started an exchange because I didn’t care for one of the scents I received. I placed the package in a USPS drop box the same day my return label was created. It has been over two weeks and the USPS still has not scanned my label. Obviously this is not Scentbox’s fault.
I received an email from Scentbox saying that I still had not returned my item and the label needed to be used within 5 days or it would expire. I respond because I am concerned with it being over that period. I asked if I would have a problem with my return on their end since it has been over the label expiration period. The response I got was a rep rudely saying that I would get my exchange item once the original is returned. Since that didn’t answer my question (her response was obvious… why wouldn’t I know that?) I asked if USPS would have an issue with my label since they are saying it’s expires.
The woman tells me to ask USPS. HUH?! SCENTBOX is telling me that the label expires in 5 days, not USPS, so why in the world would I call them about a package that they haven’t scanned yet asking if the label expires?
The customer service I have experienced is subpar to say the very least. I had already made my choice to restart my premium service with Scentbox as opposed to Scentbird but I’ve changed my mind. Thanks for such a great experience Tracy. I hope I’m selected for a survey.

This is the best Place to buy fragrances. I would recommend Sent box to anyone looking for authentic perfumes. Long lasting and good smelling perfumes.
I wanted to love scentbox
I wanted to love scentbox. But due to a lack of transparency and poor customer service. Claiming they have products they don’t have, generating shipping labels for items they haven’t shipped and claiming it will be a short time before they have a product when really they have no clue was to much for a budding relationship I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund which they don’t want to give I was forced to take the issue to my bank. This could have been great if it actually worked as advertised. At this rate they have had my money for over a month and have not shipped anything. I’m going to take my money and try Royalty Scents instead. Hopefully they will provide a better experience with a larger amount of premium designer scents. Bye bye Scent box you played yourselves.

The whole idea of picking a scent monthly to try and the option of buying a bottle of something you really like is such neat idea and even better, if you don’t care for the scent there are free exchanges. Aside of how it all works, I have to say the customer service is spot on!
I had an issue recently, so I reached out via email and received a response rather quickly. AND I must say, the way it was handled….. SUPERB!!!
Was told it would be handled in 7-10 days, issue was actually handled in 1day. ONE !
I would tell anyone to just try Scent Box

I’ve had my platinum subscription for a few months now and it’s been great! They ship out on the date it says and arrive shortly after. I love the exchange option and they have more niche fragrances than scentbird.

I’ve Found The One!
I’m loving my new subscription to ScentBox! I love the opportunity to try scents before purchasing. Scentbox provides details on scents that I normally wouldn’t receive from a sales associate in a department store. I’m able to identify scent notes of each fragrance to match with my personality before buying.
Love the concept. Love the service. My latest scent is Dolce & Gabbana’s The One. And indeed, I have found the one scent that’s just right for me. Can’t wait to order full bottle! Excited to see what new treasure I’ll discover in the next shipment. I’m a subscriber for life!

What a fantastic company
I just signed up for Scentbox.com to try out some new fragrances in February. My very first box was lost by USPS and I fought with the postal service for 3 weeks before I finally reached out to Scentbox. they immediately apologized for the issue with USPS and told me next time done wait to reach out to them, and sent me another box!
The owners of the company sent me an email asking how my experience has gone. I felt that was very positive on their end. When I told them what had happened they personally had looked into it and saw I was being taken care by one of their team members.
Honestly I have never been treated so good by any other company that does things like this. Most of them have told me "good luck" if I lost my package or didn't receive the product.
I am currently sharing this company with all my friends and family.

Premium ScentBox Subscriber. Love it! It’s one thing to smell fragrances sprayed on a sample card at a counter, but with my subscription, I’m able to actually try these fragrances out to see which ones I really like. All while building my own scent library. Love the concept and executed well!

Do not to give this company your money
This is by far the worst company to deal with. I have paid for 2 scents of February and these premium scents. My scents for this month was delayed on the 21 and is now the 29th. Email after email asking for credit or switching the scents and keep being told I have to wait for God knows how long for something I have paid for. They do not care about their customers at all. Just to take your money. Do not waste your money on this company.
Impossible to contact anyone
Didn't have a great experience. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, sent multiple emails and have yet to hear back. I decided to cancel my son's subscription and will be using a different company. Unsure if we will get his February shipment that has already been paid for.

Not happy with my first month
Not happy with my first month. I signed up for premium and didn't know I chose them or how to do so. I thought they would just send me premium fragrances. Once I worked out how it worked and chose my own choices for the year, it was too late and they sent my first months. They sent me a cheap lacoste one, which isn't premium and not something I would use. My first month is wasted

So now it year 2024 and I’m so happy that I sign up with SentBox! This company is so awesome! I really enjoy my name brand perfume I get every month to help me decide on what sent will work best for me. I love the different color sleek look to them! This is just an all around great company. I’m a customer for life! Thank you! 😊
Terrible first impression
Terrible first impression! Placed order on 8th December, order in the group not due to be sent out the 21st. Not informed of any delays until the 21st itself, delay now '4-5' business days. Really disappointed that something ordered on the 8th December now most likely won't arrive until around a month later with bank holidays factored in too. Was really excited for this, which felt like such a great idea.
