Takes ages to send stuff and has stopped responding to my enquiries as to why Iv not received my order. Made the mistake of ordering refills for my plug ins but they havnt turned up, emails ignored and now il have to dispute with my credit card company

Fantastic smelling items
The wax melts I ordered are just fantastic, easy to break up into pieces and they smell amazing. The hoover discs are also lovely and make the whole room smell nice.

Hello Laird, As you would remember our management team repeatedly contacted you, messages were ignored after you agreeing for help. Unfortunately there was nothing else we could of done when were being ignored by yourself.
Wax melts smells devine
Just received my order today, it took 2 weeks to arrive but really happy with it all. Well packaged and the smell was devine when i opened the box. The wax melts are incredible.
I also ordered a memorial solar light and again very happy.
Will order again for sure

I went on to website as it is a friend of mine that owns the business easy to find and found what I was looking for a memorial flower vase for my dad. It was easy to fill in the details what I wanted and pay. I received email of my order..
