Scandihandles Omdömen 

Placed an order with Scandihandles on 4 June and as yet have not received the product. Have emailed them but only get an automatic response. Very dissatisfied. I want my money back!
Wish I could give no stars.

Hands down worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t let the low prices tempt you- I strongly reccomend you pay a bit more and give your money to a reputable company who are capable of delivering in a timely manner and actually have customer service capabilities.

Our experience was similar to many others here. We placed an order in January, for handles and knobs ‘available to order’, and recieved absolutely no follow up. No order confirmation, no email replies after chasing my order. Then I discovered the reviews on TrustPilot and went ahead and raised a dispute with my bank. Then Scandi Handles got in touch and made some excuse (clearly nonsense as evidenced by the volume of customers here complaining of the same issue, over a long period of time) and promised to send our handles. We did eventually receive our order, after months of having kitchen cupboards with no handles (which delayed many other aspects of our kitchen renovation). The handles are good quality but they hardly make up for the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with this company. Since my bank had refunded me as a result of the dispute, we had to make arrangements for the payment again with Scandi Handles. Admittedly I didn’t do this in the most timely fashion, I wasn’t going to rush after the terrible customer service I received. Then they actually threatened to involve debt collectors- the irony from a company who are ripping so many people off! Downright awful.

When I initially emailed for information regarding some handles before purchasing, the reply was prompt. I purchased the handles a few weeks ago but have not received the items. I have tried to get in touch several times but have not heard from the company at all. They are clearly swindling people. Stay well away!

Do not send them any money they are a scam!

No reply to multiple emails. Have £100 of my money and I’ve not received my order.

The door knobs never arrived despite ordering over a month ago. I have emailed them and tried the number listed and have been ignored. I have had no explanation as to why the order never arrived and no refund. Avoid.

Purchased handles from this company on the 25th of May. Sine this time I have emailed repeatedly requesting confirmation of when my order will be dispatched with no response and no response having requested a refund.
Do not purchase from this company.

Awful company. Took our money and didn’t deliver the product.

I am a professional interior designer. Placed an order in May. No response. Money removed from my account. If you call them or email them you get no response. No customer service. No products. This is a scam company that will take your money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

No show of items AVOID. No customer service response. No genuine way to contact company. Had to go through bank to issue refund

Bought 3 handles on the 28th April, website said they were in stock and would be delivered within 5 days.

After 10 days I emailed, no response (even though their auto reply replies state within 24hrs)

After 20 days I emailed stating I was processing a section 75 chargeback.

32 days later DHL delivered handles from a company called Flostream. I assume Scandi Handles are a drop shipping company that presumably sources it's stock from China.

Stay well clear if you want to open your cupboard doors any time in the near future.

The goods are dispatched from Poland and the returns are NOT FREE!
I had so pay over 50€ in shipping fees because I ordered the handles that were over 1 meter long and the parcel was longer than 120cm.
I would not recommend this shop at all.

Expensive products that I never received, and they are not replying to emails. I'm trying to get a refund, but there’s no way to contact them since they don't provide a phone number. Such a scam. Stay away!

I have purchased some handles on the 16 of April 2025 and they have never arrived. I have emailed them in several occasions with not replay I have also used the chat tool in their website with no response. I do agree with the other reviewers, this is a scam website, do not purchase anything from them.

Well disguised scam

This is a SCAM site. Scandi Handles dissolved in 2023 and the site has been taken over by scammers. I've done the research, so DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My order never arrived having paid for it on day of purchase. 5 weeks of emails and calls, and no response. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, this gave me false hope, these are also a scam! If this has happened to you, then recommend you speak to your bank for a 'charge back'. The money was returned to my account immediately. Good luck and please don't be fooled like me!

I ordered handles not really checking any reviews out they had what I was looking for at a good price and I liked the product. But after ordering the delivery still hadn’t arrive almost a month after. I tried contacting several times but no response my parcel arrived in x2 parts one box a week later than the other. The order was incorrect they have sent too many of one handle and not enough of another and I’ve emailed them lots of times with no response so I’m stuck now as I need to return handles and order more of the ones missing but they just do not respond!

Avoid this company at all costs! I have built a house and ordered lights furniture bedding as you can imagine lots and lots of homeware and this is the only company I’ve had problems with

Ordered an item several weeks ago and still not received it or any acknowledgment despite chasing and having paid money. I wish I’d read the reviews before parting with my money and believe this is a scam company.

This company has a problem with terrible communication. They don’t answer any emails or phone calls. I ordered some handles and got no estimated delivery/dispatch email and no response for weeks. I had to buy products from somewhere else. The handles then arrived out of the blue, the quality was fine. I returned them and they did not acknowledge the return or refund or respond to emails. However, the chat function on the website did work and eventually after weeks (and threatening to dispute the transaction with my bank) I got a refund. So not a scam company but one with terrible customer service and terrible communication.

What do you have to do to get a response from this company ( showing as dissolved on company house records!).

6 out of 8 handles arrived 6 weeks post ordering, a returned parcel but acknowledged despite being tracked and no refund after 8 weeks.

Frustrated isn't enough, is it a scam company?
