When I experienced a computer malware problem on my computers 1-1/2 years ago I didn't know who to turn to. Luckily I found Ramsin, the SB PC Mechanic, and haven't had a problem since. He was able to remove the malware from my computers and recommended anti-malware products to prevent a recurrence. Besides being a computer genius you'll find Ramsin to be super-friendly, patient and kind. I highly recommend his computer repair services.

I've been using Ramsin for awhile now. I started by taking my older laptop to him for an overhaul after my teenagers had made it inoperable by downloading a bunch of not good stuff! He was reasonably priced and efficient and I've been able to keep the old laptop running efficiently for the small amount of personal stuff I do on it. I also have him come once a year to service my husband's work computer and mine. I rely on him really heavily so that we don't encounter difficulties when working. I love having someone I can trust and who is reasonably priced. I would recommend him without hesitation.

This guy was professional and told me everything I needed to know when I had to retrieve some photos on an old old Mac. It was awhile ago, I have moved out of the area, and I would recommend this guy in a heartbeat. He did go above and beyond to ensure I had my photos. Lovely experience.

Great experience with Ramsin and Larry!! Cannot say or write enough to truly express the help I was provided when needed... my work computer crashed and within 2 hours Larry came to my work place and advised me what needs to be done - needed a New Computer - Yes ouch - but very affordable replacement as well as the support with getting the new Computer set-up as well as retrieving all my important documents and files and even when I had a problem with a application Larry went above and beyond to help with getting it resolved!! My hard drive holding 3 years of music production work had fallen while it was on and proceeded to click and scratch each time I tried to plug it in.
I called Ramsin to take a look and try to figure out how to salvage my data.

Unfortunately after a day or so he told me he was unable to repair the drive and that the read and write heads would have to be replaced in a clean room at an extreme cost and I could pick up my drive the next day and get my deposit back.

Not more than day passed, and I received a call from Ramsin informing me that he had reversed his diagnosis that he may be able to retrieve my data after all!

Although he was able to recover my data most of it was corrupt and completely unusable and he again apologized and offered my drive and deposit back, whenever I would like.

A week passed as I was out of town and I receive a text from Ramsin saying he once again may be having some success with my hard drive! He was able to clone my drive and make a copy to another hard drive, which took about 40 hours all said and done! and all of my 3 years of work is recovered!

I received my data on a hard drive supplied by Ramsin as well as a drive I had given him. Unfortunately the hard drives were having trouble mounting onto my Mac computer. So Ramsin at no extra cost offered to redo the data recovery on a drive formatted for Mac specifically! And that’s just what he did!

All in all our ordeal took over a month of back and forth trying and failing until he was able to recover all of my data!

Ramsin was a huge help in the recovery of my data, and extremely persistent in the face of a seemingly improbable recovery (not to mention patient). I am more than thankful that he continued to work on my drive even though he knew it may be a fruitless endeavor. Seriously one of the nicest guys I’ve met who really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I cannot recommend him enough.
