Horrible customer service experiences. Hello, I have spoken to 4 different reps for the loan technical support. I am not able to login to my loan portal page. The email that I used to set up my profile is no longer a working email that I have access to. The first rep that I spoke to said that he could not help me. The next two reps claimed that they submitted request to have my email updated on the back end so that I could log on. It has been weeks and no one has helped me. I called again today and the rep told me to reach out to my state representative to file a formal complaint. What in the world??? Four reps in the span of over a month should not be acceptable. I can’t just simply click on the link “forgot password” because your system will send email to the registered email in your system. Again, I no longer have access to that email address. With tech support it should not be this difficult to make change on the backend so that a customer can get to their profile. I get an error if I try to make a new profile. I am looking for other ways that I can make a formal review and complaint.
