Bought 2 items for my daughters 21st birthday. Much smaller in reality when they arrived so I sent them back. Company has refunded me less than half what I paid and have not responded to my emails querying this.

Faulty Christmas gift and refused exchange
Recieved a bracelet as a Christmas gift and when I opened it, it was completely tarnished. Contacted customer service and was told nothing they would do since I didn’t have a receipt. Never come across a company selling faulty items and refusing to exchange! Especially after Christmas. Will definitely be avoiding this company in the future

Ear piercing
I brought my 5 year old daughter in today to have her ears pierced. I hadn’t booked an appointment but they fitted us in which was great. Becky was lovely with my little girl and explained everything to her. It was quick and simple and my little girl is over the moon. The choice of earrings is fab aswell! Highly recommend :) xxx
