Warranty doesn't cover anything more than 1 year old. As a premium product with a premium price they should stand behind their product more.

Deze boxershort voelt zeer comfortabel aan voor je kroonjuwelen en geeft tijdens zowel sport als dagelijks gebruik merkbaar meer support. Vooral wanneer je flink transpireert tijdens het trainen is dit echt een dikke plus. Door het slimme ontwerp, de goede pasvorm en de vochtregulerende eigenschappen is dit wat mij betreft een zeer goed ontworpen boxershort. Ik kan hem iedereen aanbevelen.

I’m very disappointed with how this…

I’m very disappointed with how this order arrived. Regardless of whether these were intended as a gift or for personal use, a package should arrive in good condition. The box I received was crushed, torn open, and looked like it had been handled extremely poorly.
Honestly, it looked like someone had already worn them, shoved them back into the box, and then the box was sat on. That is not the condition a new product should arrive in.
I did try to resolve this properly by reaching out to customer service and sending photos before leaving a review, but I have not received any response.
Customers expect new products to arrive in proper condition. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, especially with the lack of response after I tried to contact support.

Thank you for the response, however this appears to be the same generic reply posted to many other reviews.
I had already reached out directly to customer service before leaving this review and sent photos of the condition the package arrived in, but I did not receive a response. That is why I chose to leave a review here.
You mentioned that you can confirm you received and responded to my message. Could you please provide the confirmation of that response? I have checked my email, including spam and junk folders, and have not received any reply.
I also paid extra for shipping protection and tracking that is supposed to protect against loss or shipping issues, which makes the condition it arrived in even more disappointing.

Falling Apart with Holes in Less than 6 months.

When I first bought these I would have gave them a 5. Super comfortable and a nice fit. I got them on sale and still found them quite expensive though. Now here I am less than 6 months later and the c-rotch (censor blocks the word??) in all 12 pair are ripped with at least 1 or 2 holes each.

The best part is I barely wore them. I was off work sick for at least 2 months of this time and basically lived in pajama pants at home. Even once I was better these were worn a max of 10hr per day, the second I get home I change into comfy pants / pajama pants w/o any boxers on.

So thst 6 months of use was more like 3 months of actual use for someone in a normal situation. Plus with 12 pair being cycled through that time I find it insane they ripped this fast. I will never buy these again, absolutely terrible quality and not worth the cost even at a half price sale price.

Bad customer service

Years ago, it was well made and very comfortable. I recently ordered 4 new pairs: inseem is waaayy too short and both legs are not even in lenght. Tried to returned the product: took 3 weeks to get a standardized email from Customer service, took another 3 weeks to get a personnalized answer. They called me an said over and over how important my opinion was but offered nothing even if the fault was on their part. Be careful: Return policy says items could be sent back if not "Final Sale" but the only place it says "Final sale" is on a little banner at the bottom of your screen when you put the item in your cart.

EDIT AFTER REPLY FROM SAXX: I would have like to got further with the conversation: your supervisor was supposed to call me back the same week but hey, no news ever since. I also tried to reply to the first email, since there is no callback number available for this supervisor but, no answer either. Now we are arguing publicly on thrustpilot, which says a lot about Customer Service. The problem to beging with was that THE ONLY PLACE where Final Sale was mentioned was on the « In your cart » banner. No mention IN the cart, on the payment page or on the invoice. I would not have made a purchase for 4 pairs.

After reviewing the interaction, we can see one inquiry to which our team replied the same day to explain that the item purchased was marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are identified during the shopping and final checkout process and are not eligible for returns. Your response to that message expressed dissatisfaction but did not include any additional questions, which is why our team did not send a further reply at that time. We understand now that you were expecting a follow-up response, and we’re sorry for that miscommunication.

We do regret that when our supervisor spoke with you on the phone, what was offered wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.

The style ordered was the Trunk, which is designed with a shorter 3" inseam as noted on the product page. That said, we do want to address the concern you mentioned about uneven leg lengths. This wasn’t raised in the original email exchange we located, but we take product quality concerns seriously. Our team will reach out to you directly to learn more and request photos so we can review this further.

Lost package, their solution ? search my neighborhood myself.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered two pairs of SAXX underwear and paid $10 shipping, yet my package was delivered to the wrong address. ICS Courier opened a case, but SAXX refused to help because I supposedly didn’t purchase their “Onward Protection” add-on — an option that was not clearly presented and does not even apply in Quebec via the Shop app.

I was told to search my neighborhood myself.

I eventually found the package on my own through a local Facebook group — with zero help from SAXX.

For a premium Canadian brand, this is unacceptable customer service. I will not be buying from SAXX again.

Full price way to expensive

Bought these half price still expensive to me. They feel very flimsy material and medium are a tight fit on 34 waist. They are comfortable when on to be honest but If paid full price would of gone back. Will not buy again.

They look DELICIOUS

I came here to write a review because these are genuinely the SEXIEST boxers I’ve ever seen on my man. I am shocked by the low reviews. The quality are incredible and they just look unbelievable. He raves about how comfortable they are especially during gym or hiking. Worth every penny in his words.

Not really worth the price

Not really worth the price. 30.00-35.00 a pair for not well made underwear. While I think the pouch support is helpful, the quality is not up to par. They felt stretched out even before first use. Additionally they don’t do much for customer loyalty. I was interested to see if the briefs would hold up better than the trunks and when I explained my issue to them and requested if they send a pair of the briefs, they just said they couldn’t and I buy other styles. But for such a high price to try on underwear that may or may not work out (and then I can’t return) seems a bit much. I understand you’re a business, but to not give a new and potentially a returning customers an opportunity to try other products that may suit them better isn’t a great customer satisfaction strategy.

Their sizing is all over the place

Their sizing is all over the place. Different products with the same size guide fit wildly different. If they are going to do this, have size guides that are for that product. Their customer service is awful and unable to resolve any issues.

Saxx is the absolute bottom of the barrel company with ZERO focus on customer service. I received a Black Friday e-mail stating 30% off site wide sale. Purchased 6 pair and upon trying on one pair, requested an exchange for a size larger on the 5 sealed/unopened boxes. This request was within a day upon receiving. Unbeknownst to me sale items are final sale; hence refused to exchange. The entire site was on sale, so pretty sure I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. Even on sale I paid over $20/pair. Saxx clearly doesn’t concern themselves with customer retention. This company will get what it deserves. Steer clear people.

Company takes no responsibility for shrinkage

After following washing instructions, the underwear shrunk so much that they are no longer wearable (4 or 5 washings). I contacted the company, and their response suggested that I check out their new collection because they are made of better fabric and recommends that I shouldn't put them in dryer. Will never purchase anything from Saxx again.

Stretch Out And Dont Hold Support

I purchased a dozen or more of the briefs. Hold was good for the first few wears but over a short period of time they stretch out in fit and hold of your balls. Then you get very little support after they stretch out in the hold department. I have tried for weeks jumping thru all sorts of hoops. providing everything they want but they just stall and wont provide any sort of credit or sku change replacement. JUST EDITED THIS REVIEW- THEY MADE IT RIGHT AND FOLLOWED THRU

Tore after one use

Purchased boxers for husband and they entirely tore along the seams after one wear. I contacted customer support who wouldn’t do anything because they were purchased at a retailer and I didn’t not keep receipt for underwear. Quality has absolutely gone down and is trash now. Won’t be repurchasing.

Quality control is gone

Quality control is gone, I will never buy these boxers again cheap materials some have holes in a month. Not consistent one year the large are perfect still have them still fit the next year the waist band is smaller. I'm a large in boxers for the past 15 years. I get the Ultra's and the waist band rolls and legs hike up. Over priced junk.
