Split Order - Some Info would be nice
Well I received 4 of the 5 reed boxes ordered which is fine but you could at least have enclosed a message saying the fifth box would be delayed or given an indication of when it is likely to arrive
I tried calling but nobody answered (probably because of covid) so sent an email which was replied to saying it would be sent out this week
would be nice to know exactly when I will receive the fifth box and if out of stock then just say so as \i have no explanation of why it wasnt sent out with the other 4 boxes
This is way below your normal standards of service imo and I have always found you to be first class (to date that is)

Please accept our apologies for the lack of communication from our despatch team. As you suspected, we were waiting for one box of reeds but we didn't wish to hold back the rest of your order whilst we waited for this to arrive. Hopefully you will have seen that the 5th box is on its way to you now if it's not already arrived.
I'm also very sorry that you weren't able to get through on the telephone. Our lines are open for standard office hours during the week plus 10am to 5pm on Saturdays.
BG Ligature guide wrong !
I ordered a BG ligature which was shown on the BG site as fitting an Otto Link. However it didn’t.
The guys at Sax.co.uk offered alternatives for my particular mpc.

This is the second time I have purchased from Sax.co.uk in recent months. The website was very easy to navigate and the customer service was excellent. Before my order was despatched, sax.co.uk called me to inform me that one item had sold out but explained how I could replace it with a very similar item or receive a refund on my purchase. I accepted a replacement item and received the order very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Good sax store to shop from
Pretty good. Although there were delays, not at fault to sax.co.uk, the instrument works very nice. It even came with a reed with it, which was very generous of them. I appreciate their customer service keeping in touch with me during the delays from Yamaha.

I took some time to decide whether to make a purchase of the SaxOne Mute V3 and I'm glad I did.
Moreso I'm glad I purchased it here because at the end there was the option for next day delivery and I knew exactly where I would be on that day.
